My experience with this body shop has been a nightmare. 4 months to do simple repairs, such as re key and replace ignition both done wrong and as slow as possible. Several of the interior plastics also broken while in the care of the shop, as well as no clean up not even a wipe down of the door they worked on.

I have used danlar a few times in the past and had amazing service. Unfortunately this last time was shown how incompetent and uncaring their staff truly is. For whatever reason rather than using the switch to adjust side view mirror they manually adjusted it and broke it. That was going on three months ago. I have called in 7 times since then to be told every time "I forgot to order it it will be in on Thursday". How many times is it that you forgot to do your job rather than you are just incompetent. This last time I was even promised "I will personally call you on Thursday to tell you if it's here and painted or needs to be painted. Thursday past and I never heard from them. Friday I called saying hey I was expecting your call, and was told well pays not here I will have him call you. I called two more time yet he was never in and never returned my call. If it was possible I would give them a negative star review. Do yourself a favor and do not ever do business with this compa

I know it's long but please read and save yourself. This is an absolute garbage body shop. My vehicle had to go back 3 TIMES. One due to damage inflicted by them. This was all for a my door being folded in a few inches by the running board on my 2016 F-150. The first time I went to pick it up the paint looked like it had been painted in someone's garage, orange peel, debris in the paint. Along with a missing door panel and broken door seal push pins. Second time the paint looked better but there was still spots missed. I also had the pleasure of receiving MORE DAMAGE than it came in with. My back bumper was dented and my rear fender flares were mangled. I'm guessing from when the bed was installed. After my truck being in the shop for over a month I finally received some what of a quality repair. I forgot to mention my truck required an alignment. They took the truck to another facility due to their equipment being too small for my truck. The alignment was worse than when it arrived but I didn't even bother asking for that to be fixed as I'd rather have a shop I've used before do it. Who ever did the alignment had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Probably could have done it better myself with a goddamn tape measure. Fast forward a month or so, what has made me finally write this review. I gave my truck it's first wash and wax since this debacle. I noticed my drivers front fender cap was loose. Upon further investigation I noticed a bolt was jammed in there. This was in place of a plastic push pin (the correct hardware). I decided to pull the fender cap off and see why this mystery bolt was there. Using the correct push pin removal tool I had no problem removing the rest of them myself. Sure enough 2 snapped off push pin ends. Easily replaced them myself. Just laziness and no attention to detail (These are the kind of people who handle your vehicle). So in review if you want an overall terrible experience, more damage to your vehicle and terrible repairs go on down to Danlar. I'd love to meet who ever runs this shit show of a business. Your employees have no attention to detail and there is no quality control what so ever. One of the times the vehicle was presented to me I had to ask if it was the finished product it was so bad. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would. Can't wait to find all the other little things this place screwed up on my truck.
