Daniels Insurance - Albuquerque

Ewww Stray Far away from this Insurance Underwriter. Many Many calls to the office in ABQ to get a quote for a small business and dwellings.Holy * # @ # @ . What is happening in that office? I would assume that people make money from a percentage of the underwriting of the value received. But not this company. The ladies here spend to much time txt'ing and facebook during business hours...Fuck us is right. Now were insured with liberty mutual.

Mr. Tinley and his staff always provided great support for our needs all the way from filing claims to providing certificates of coverage. Agent Brad Caress was very rude as I was not his customer is what he said. He accused me of not carrying my own insurance when I am a licensed agent that has always carried insurance. He was very rude and would not give me the 1-800 number to file a claim against one of his customers. He said I don't have to give you anything and hung up on me. As an insurance agent we never treat anybody that way whether they are our customers or not. Don't recommend this agency at all.
