DanCare Carpet Cleaning

I've used DanCare twice now for carpet stretching and carpet cleaning! Excellent work both times at what I feel is a reasonable price. They are also very professional and nice. Take it from this Professor, A+ all around!

Having to move out of an apartment is no easy task, the carpets needed some TLC. Dancare Carpet Cleaning had great reviews on Yelp so I called and arranged for them to steam clean the carpets. I was so happy with their courtesy and great service. Marcos took all the precautions needed and I felt safe knowing the proper PPE was used during the cleaning. The carpets looked better than when we moved in.

Dancare ownership refused to believe the homeowner that the technician had caused damage to our tile floor. The Dancare owner refused to take responsibility for the damage and would not believe what we had told him, leaving the cost of repair to our tile floor on the homeowner. Dancare has lost a customer for life.

Immediately after cleaning, my carpets looked good. Within a week or so, I thought I saw shadows of the stains (the reason I called for cleaning in the first place) but had more important things to deal with - so I didn't call them back. When the old stains really became apparent, I called DanCare back and was told that their guarantee was only for 10 days and it would cost another $175 for them to come back. After pleading with the scheduler, the technicians came back to look at the stains that had come back. They suggested that they could get them out but I had to pay the usual $175 for them to get the stains out and REDO the job. WHAT? (Why didn't they get those spots out the first time)? I declined. A friend of mine suggested I use a product called FOLEX (Carpet Spot Remover) which I did and this stuff removed the stains. Lesson learned!

Quality service from beginning to end! Marcos was pleasant and professional and made our old, dingy carpet look like new! Wish I had before and after pics because the difference is really amazing. So happy with the results! DanCare takes care of their customers and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to get their carpets cleaned right! The price wasn't bad either. Especially for the results you'll be sure to see.

I didn't use this company because the person who answered the phone had no idea what she was talking about. She said they just did the high traffic areas in a room. I told her that wasn't what I needed. I needed to have the furniture moved and cleaned behind things. She said that cost $75 per room, but was up to the cleaner, who would decide. So I scheduled a time for an estimate. A week later, just before the estimate appointment, she called back and said that there was no charge to move the furniture. Not $75 per room or anything. I told her ok, then can I get an estimate? She said I had an appointment scheduled. I told her that the appointment was scheduled because she told me that the actual cleaners would tell me how much moving the furniture would cost. So after a little back and forth, she told me the cost/estimate. I told her I decided not to use this company. She was ill informed and had an unpleasant way of speaking.
