I'm writing this review 2.5 months after my under warranty clothes dryer stopped working.I called the insurance company that I have a policy with, they said Dalton services is contracted to to the work. I made my first appointment for the tech to diagnose the issue, they weren't able to come for 2 weeks. On the day they were supposed to come, the tech called and said there was no reason for him to come because it wasn't heating it could only be one thing. He asked for a picture of the serial number and said it had to the igniter. He tech said he would order the part, and get back to me. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called to find out the status of the repair part and installation. The girl who answered the phone said " it just came in today"So, I scheduled another appointment for three weeks out because that was the soonest they can come. The day came, and the tech showed up to install the igniter, because as I said before " it could only be one thing" guess what? It was the wrong part! So, again I wait for the new part to come in which now he said was the motor in spite of the motor still running. 2 weeks later the motor has s to be installed and the day before they were due to install the motor the receptionist calls to cancel my appointment because the "parts" had not come in. I refused to let her cancel my appointment because the tech had already told me the parts were available locally. The girl put me on a brief hold, when she came back, she said "ok, we will leave you on the schedule" guess what? Wrong part again!The following week after me calling the insurance company, the store who I bought the machine from, they now said it is now the thermostat. Finally the day came, and finally after 3 months it's finally fixed. When I told the manager that the tech told him to text him pictures of the serial number because it could " only be one thing!"She argued with me that HER tech would never have told me to send pics, I explained that I had text message proof of it, she hung up on me. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life! The office was so incredible rude, and condescending. I asked for a manager to return my call, but nobody ever did.I will never do business with this company again! As far as I'm concerned anyone can throw parts at it until finally one works.Please beware of this company! Update: Now that my dryer has been fixed for one week, Dalton services called me 2 days ago to tell me they are on the way to fix my dryer!This proves the incompetence of this company!

I did a part one review for this business after an initial service call where they came out and ordered parts. This is part two review after service was completed. This company has my complete trust at this point. Partially due to a wonderful service repair person named Isaac. He is honest patient and overall just a nice person to deal with. This company ordered parts a couple of weeks ago and not only called me to schedule an appointment but actually pre-scheduled me which made it very easy. I'm happy with the quality the organization and while I'm never happy with service prices I do appreciate that Isaac adjusted my bill to take off two parts that were not needed even though they ordered them. I called that honesty and I appreciate it so very much. I will definitely use the service in the future they have my respect and my trust.

Great service! ...fast, efficient, friendly ... The office arranged for a tech to replace the oven igniter on our Blue Star range within a day of my call. The tech (Dylan) arrived on schedule and did the job amazingly fast. I was baking scones soon after he finished. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could give them a negative score I would. They repaired our compressor on a 5 year old Bosch refrigerator. It cost $1600 ($1000 for labor which took less than 2 hours). After they put it in, the compressor, the ice maker stopped working. They ordered a part and it's been several months. We were told today that the part is no longer available. We've sold the house and we're going to have to buy a whole new refrigerator for the new owner.Stay away from this place. There is no follow up and no customer service.

Dalton's customer service sucks only one girl and a Technician that were pretty nice I have a dryer that the control board went out a month ago and still waiting for a phone call as to when they are coming back to fix the problem I don't know how a company like that is in business they should call and keep me informed it doesn't take that much effort not to happy... one star

They are a complete rip off. I was referred to them by Builder's source when we found out we had a warped refrigerator door. I was told a new door would arrive in 4 weeks. It was 6 weeks, but whatever. The technician arrived and installed the door. Unfortunately, because of problems with my fridge (which no one could figure out) the door did not fit. So the technician took it back and put on my old door. Then I get a call from Dalton telling me that the manufacturer would not take the door back and I was out $490!!! Their solution was to not charge me the $215 service charge. I never would have bought the door if I had been told that if it didn't fit I would not get a refund. Who doesn't tell people that???? So now I have no fridge door, I had to order a new fridge all together and I am out $490. I say buyer really beware when dealing with this company. Thank you.

I was referred to Daltons Service for my Blue Star Range tha I purchased from Builders Source. I Had problems with my convection working on my new oven and I called Dalton and spoke with Patricia who was more than helpful! I had someone (Greg) come check my stove within a week and found it needed a switch to be replaced. They have been efficient, pleasant and prompt! Patricia has been a pleasure to work with and so helpful with scheduling also. The best part is that they are in town !Thank you! I will definitely refer you to family and friends!

Baillios referred to Builders Source for service with Dalton. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Was told they only come to my area once a week, On Thursdays and from 12 - 5 windows. Was told they do not have enough business with Baillio's to do service on any warranty work to add more manpower for Los Lunas. She told me if I did not like a schedule to find someone else.

Truly atrocious. They have been out to fix my dishwasher 4 times and it has never been fixed. The technician said a part needed to be replaced. Took months, then when he got it and came to install it he broke it while taking it out of the package. Months and a second part later, he took over an hour to install it and couldn't get the dishwasher back straight. Lo and behold, this did not address the dishwasher. I have also had them look at my stove and my fridge, claim to fix the ice maker and a cooktop, and neither is working. Do not hire them.
