Dairy Bar

The food was great! My wife loved the grilled chicken salad so much that we ate it here multiple times during our trip. I had a BLT that was awesome and a double cheeseburger which was pretty good but very messy to eat. We also ordered an amazing coconut milkshake.

Love love love this place! We go here every time we are in Red River! Loaded cheese fries, burgers, shakes and sandwiches are amazing and the help is so friendly!!! BEST ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!! Cute decorations on the inside and outside!!!

I gave it one star because the fries were good. The burger was small and OVERCOOKED. There was no juice in any of my families burgers. Dry and small like a hockey puck. Burgers should have some color to them besides grey, but these were grey from top to bottom.

Very tasty burgers! And the fries were amazing!!! We loved the service as well. Very friendly staff. We got our food very quickly. The only thing we didn't like was the fried pickles. My husband and I always order fried pickles wherever we go, but we felt these fried pickles were very bitter (especially the after-taste). We will have to come back for the shakes because we heard good things.

This burger and ice cream place has a good selection of burgers and sandwiches that come with excellent french fries. They forgot the chipotle aioli on my burger, but we got some as a side (more spice and less mayo would make me happier, but it really improved the burger, which was good to begin with) and it all worked out well. They use Stubborn Soda, which tastes similar to IBC, and makes a good root beer float. Prices for burgers are reasonable considering the cost of ingredients and shipping costs to a small town. There was a nice menu of ice cream treats although we didn't try anything other than the float (yet). Indoor seating is spaced out pretty well, and looked clean. There are outdoor picnic benches as well. I may be heading back soon to try out their ice cream treats!

The ice cream tastes very artificial. Even my kids did not finish their ice cream, which speaks volumes. Do not recommend.

My husband had the melt & I had the Wild West burger. We shared an order of sweet potato fries. It was all delicious! My husband tasted my burger and decided to go get him some to put on his. We will be visiting again the next time we are in town.

We had the Okie burgers & they were juicy & very tasty! - Some of the best food we ate while in the Red River area. The staff were helpful & polite.I would definitely recommend this place!

Best burger around, hands down! They even make a great lettuce wrap for GF. The French fries are a must as well!

We went for ice cream. Since the place is called "Dairy Bar," I foolishly thought they would be good at ice cream. Apparently all they have is soft-serve, which would be fine, except that they only have two flavors- and today they were out of chocolate.I wanted a dip cone with vanilla-chocolate twist, but when I ordered the cashier told me they only had vanilla. Okay, just vanilla then. My husband ordered a float with their black cherry soda- guess what! They were out of that, too, so he ended up with a Coke float (I feel it's worth mentioning that they use soft-serve in their floats. I'd never seen that before.).The chocolate dip is just okay, and the soft-serve itself is watery and bland. I was extremely underwhelmed by this place. Maybe Dairy Bar's savory dishes are better than their ice cream? If you want ice cream in Red River I suggest heading over to Li'l Willie's.
