Do not do business with these people. They took my money and never sent me my order. I have called several times and their phone is not working, and I have sent them numerous emails and never getting a response. They are crooks. If you order from them you will never see your order nor will you get a refund or anyone to talk to. The Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission should get on them.

I placed my order in a timely manner and paid for expedited (3day) shipping via FedEx. Unfortunately, the business decided to ignore the fact that I paid extra for expedited shipping. After taking two whole days to check their queue for orders pending, they shipped my merchandise UPS Ground where it sat in Albuquerque for three days doing nothing! The business never informed me of the change in shipping plans. I was expecting to receive my merchandise days ago via FedEx. After tracking my package with UPS, I discovered that it would arrive in my local area sometime tonight. Great, I thought. I can just drive to the UPS center and pick up the package on my way to the airport in the morning. You see, I love to cook and since I am going out of the country on vacation for the holiday season, I purchased some dry specialty food items so that I can cook to my hearts content while I am on vacation. I have been looking forward to this for weeks!Well, the shipper placed restrictions on the shipping of my package for some unknown reasons. These restrictions will not allow UPS to hold my package for me so that I can actually receive the merchandise! I spent all evening on the phone with UPS only to learn that they can do nothing to help me. (I hate UPS). So, they are going to attempt to deliver my package tomorrow afternoon and I will already be out of the country for the next two weeks. I called the business owner twice today, and I have sent three emails trying to get their attention about this problem they created and only they can fix. The business was non-responsive to my numerous attempts to get ahold of them today and tonight. As a result, I will not be able to do the cooking on my vacation that I was so looking forward to. I have since canceled the order with my credit card company and I informed the business that I will never purchase from them again. What a mess. Go somewhere else for your new mexico specialty food items. These people are neither responsible nor trustworthy.

I, too, have had abysmal service from these people. They have now had my money for 23 days - and still haven't fixed the gift voucher system (which is a joke to begin with). Phone calls were never answered, nor were messages returned. Emails were usually returned (not always) but there was ALWAYS some song and dance about why this wasn't fixed. They may be the best prices, but the aggravation is not worth it. Buy from a more reputable company - even if it costs you a few dollars more.
