Just got my hair cut by Berenice and I love it! She took the time to fix the little details and it turned out looking great!!

A simple scissors cut soon turned into a deeply unpleasant experience accompanied by an unfriendly, distracted person from the outset. This brief encounter definitely did not end like The Barber Of Seville, and a visit to Sweeney Todd next time sounds far more enticing.

Berenice is kind and good customer service. She is attentive and listens to how you want hair styled. I always receive compliments on my hair. Berenice is an excellent hair stylists. I recommend her.

Marcus gave me a GREAT haircut. I wanted a very short Jamie Lee Curtin haircut, and I was worried because I have horrible cowlicks at my crown, and somehow Marcus STILL gave me exactly what I wanted. And I was in the salon long enough to see that Kevyn gives great haircuts also, although I saw only long-hair cuts. However, the long cuts were absolutely perfect. If I had long hair, I'd be seeing Kevyn. //// With that said, it has been too many years since I had had even a decent haircut. For years I had gone from one salon to another, and every 'stylist' left my hair a mess. Really bad. I even paid $100 for a cut and received a disaster cut. So when I got to Marcus, he really had to perform a miracle on my hair -- and I didn't have much hope -- but he did it! LOVE MY HAIR! AND the prices are reasonable. Can't ask for anything more.

UPDATE..........So now the owner lies on clients. The entire response from owner is a lie. None of what he said happened. First, I NEVER told anyone to F*** Off or any other curse words. Why would I say to F*** off when I was in the process of securing my appt. Slot. Doesn't make any sense why I would do that. Secondly, I NEVER GAVE 2 credit cards I kept trying to give her one credit card and she kept telling me the number wasn't valid so I told her to hold on while I grabbed another one that's when she hung up. Lastly, like I said I recorded my conversations so I would LOVE to play it for you MARCUS IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LYING TO YOU OR IF YOUR LYING TO COVER FOR THEIR Unprofessionalism I WOULD LOVE TO POST HERE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE WHAT LIARS YALL ARE.

I've been going to Marcus D'Ambrosio for over 15 years. He is always professional, welcoming., and a truly an amazing stylist. Kevin has also cut and colored my hair and is fantastic! I've gone "natural" within the past year and Marcus made the transition easy and fun. If you want great experience with stellar results, don't hesitate to try this salon.

My visit was with Kristen and I must say I'm beyond happy! I hadn't been taking care of my hair in years, just was brush and put in a bun. My husband continuously shared his love of how long my hair was(yep was). I showed my inspiration picture at my consultation and she reassured me with pictures of her clients. I want to share that I was so happy when I left I cried, my husband loves this look more than the long hair and I can't see myself ever going anywhere else again!

Had to give a deposit to get an appointment. No one answers phone left messages, got elevator music for 15 mins. Etc.Then on the day of the appointment I got a bill for $250 before the service even happened. Then called to inquire. They told me they did not know. That I should talk to her. She is an independent contractor. I said I dont have her phone number.Heard whispering in back yo tell me she hadcovid and was cancelling. Waited a month! Looked at bill finalky found phone number contact info was in attachment.Dont bother with these people. They Act like I am at fault or dont care. So mad!

I just want to say thanks for not contacting me and trying to make my hair right after Bernice messed it up. That's just not good business. No one even said they were sorry about it. I'll never go back there again. I went and got it fixed elsewhere and it looks magnificent. No thanks to you people. That didn't care enough to contact me afterwards. People beware!! D

A hair stylist, who was not even the one working on my hair, was rude and embarrassed me in salon. I left the salon in tears and had to call to make payment. I expected the manager to reach out to me, but never heard from him.This stylist thought it was appropriate to call me out and embarrass me because I was "too picky". This was my first time to this salon and first experience with Jazzmine. When I sat in her chair, I disclosed to her my OCD disorder centered around my hair and how I can particular because of my internal anxiety about my hair. It is not easy trusting a new stylist, especially when you have diagnosed anxiety. The way I was treated was insensitive and cruel. I will be sure to let my friends and patrons at my downtown business know that they should not give this salon their business.
