This place was beautiful, there was a lot of care put into decorating the space. As someone new to different coffees, the samples of coffee beans to smell was a great feature. Ordering was easy and the staff was so helpful in offering drink options for my preferences. I decided on the iced Matcha Latte with Los Poblanos Lavender and a Cherry Danish. I was on the fence about matcha before but now, I'M SOLD! My drink was absolutely delicious and my pastry was devoured pretty quickly. This was so good and I love the locally sourced/made goods. I will definitely be returning

Highlights: The interior was pretty. The piñón coffee actually tasted like piñon while maintaining the coffee flavor-- not just some sugary syrup haha so I liked that. They had a variety of coffee beans available to smell the different flavor profiles, which was fun and educational. Lowlights: Line was a bit long and the pastries were just ok I think. If you're a big coffee connoisseur then you will like this place because it emphasizes artisanal coffee and "Roastology"

First time trying Cutbow and our barista was super nice and friendly. She made sure all our questions were answered. We ended up getting an iced London fog, ice ceremonial matcha with vanilla, and a dirty chai. Most of their syrups are all made in house and it shows in how they make their drinks. London fog - not too sweet and subtle flavors of earl greyCeremonial matcha - they make their matcha per order and whisk it. The matcha flavor wasn't too strong but overall a nice delightful latte. Dirty Chai - the chai was so good and paired well with the espresso. It also had a nice kick to it. Overall would come back and visit again. Thank you!

A quaint place for some good coffee. This little shop is a popular spot for high quality brews. I ordered a slightly sweetened latte with alternative milk. My spouse ordered a cup of brew as well. Overall, a cute spot. We were thrown off because we expected there to be pastry or food options to pair with our drinks. Next time, we won't be heading here without eating first.

Cutbow was one of the better coffee experiences I had at Albuquerque. The interior is simple but cozy and the staff was super friendly. I ordered the Estrella which I believe was espresso with tonic. It was refreshing and lovely to drink.

New favorite coffee shop in ABQ. I was born and raised here and have never been a fan of the local "favorite" coffee brand *iykyk*. Cutbow has delicious and flavorful coffee, the shop is so cute, and the staff is always so kind. My first time in was balloon fiesta week and even being busy, the coffee came quickly. The gentlemen who owns the shop is always there working and he's very kind. I have visited each trip to ABQ since. This last visit to town I even purchased the lavender syrup they sell from Poblanos, it's so tasty! I recommend Cutbow to anyone who asks about a good spot for coffee in ABQ.

Any place with coffee iced cubes is the place for me and the fact that Cutbow has them and not only that, but their iced coffee was still under $3 in 2024 earns them 1,0000000 stars in my book. Oh wait, that's not all - their coffee is AMAZING. So smooth and expertly brewed; you can tell they have their craft down.So glad I stopped in--only had an iced coffee, but loved the interior and "fishing" vibe of this Albuquerque roastery. Next time I go, I hope to try more of their offerings, but for now--if you're passing through or a local, don't miss out on trying Cutbow!

I stopped by Cutbow for a work meeting, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The space has a laid-back and relaxing vibe, making it ideal for meetings, working, or simply catching up with a friend. It's cozy and beautifully decorated, with plenty of plants that add to the welcoming atmosphere. The service was great--well-organized and efficient. I ordered a mocha, and it definitely hit the spot. If I find myself back in Albuquerque, I'd gladly return to Cutbow.

I love this place! I've been told to come here and I finally did. Lots of people when I arrived and a decently long line inside. Super friendly workers and such a cute space! I ordered my usual whole milk Cortado and I got a blueberry filled donut, a bag of Guatemala coffee and a free cup of the same. I ventured outside to eat my donut and drink my Cortado. The donut was lovely! Light, sweet and tasty! The Cortado was perfection! I was headed for a facial which was only a 5 minute drive down Rio Grande so this was a perfect place to stop!If you haven't made it to Cutbow yet and you love coffee, please make an effort to stop by. I'll be coming back! Thanks Cutbow!!

Friendly service, warm setting with plenty of art and comfortable elegant seating. I had the coffee of the day, black, "cafecito" and it was ok, slightly bitter. The blueberry scone was a little dry and it was small for $4.00 . The blueberry corn muffin, dry. Cinnamon pecan sticky bun - just ok. If you are in the area or pass by this place , then stop in and enjoy this place. I would not recommend if it requires a drive out of your way. Again, good service, ambiance and just ok coffee / pastries.
