Cuco's Chelas y Mas

This place was really good! We had the Quesabirria, and Carne Asada pizza, it was delicious! The chips and salsitas were good, and the service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. They have an assortment of bottled sodas and the atmosphere was super cute. The prices were good, and we were even given a free pepperoni pizza with our carne asada pizza order. Definitely recommend, it's a great place to have in town!

Great food , wonder service and fun place to hang out. Karaoke on Friday night on the patio is lots of fun.

Today my daughter and I decided to try Cuco's.... We both ordered the exact tacos and one pizza. Our tacos were just ok! We waited on our pizza for over an hour. The waitress finally came to our table to say people don't normal order pizza during the day so their oven wasn't on. I believe they open at 8 we were there after 11... How are the ovens not on and ready for business. When it finally came out the cheese was really toasted which was fine but the crust was NOT cooked. Not good!

Pay in cash, Tip in cash. The Cook cesar makes the servers do his dishes then continues to take half of their cc tips and the owners Alejandro and Guadalupe allow it. There's also a surcharge when paying with a credit card that isn't shown on the original receipt.

I would highly recommended offering takeout if you want to survive in Los Lunas. I could be completely wrong but having pizzas to go sounds like easy money.
