I've been a customer of Crystal Springs for 3 years and have been very, very satisfied with the delivery service (Luis is great), the customer service and the water quality. I have experienced a weird/off/stale taste twice now. Called in and they scheduled a replacement quickly. Don't know what the problem is or why water would go bad, but it does... very rarely. Overall though, Crystal Springs has been absolutely great.

Our driver is super helpful and polite. The water is fantastic especially when compared to ABQ city water. The problem is this business is run not for the customers, but for the profitability and ease of management. The delivery schedule is inconsistent. Depending on the route, you get a delivery every 12 or 13 or 14 days. Different days of the week with each delivery. This makes it hard on the customer. And causes missed empties pick up and full order deliveries. What would be easier on the customer is "Every other Wednesday". Yes, they would have to pay the hardworking drivers holiday pay. But it would be consistent and easier for the customer to remember. Miss a delivery due to the wacky schedule and need more water?? That's $20.00 plus the fee for water....

Just cancelled our service due to their ridiculous rules. After stopping delivery for 2 weeks it never started up again. When we called to get it started again after missing the second delivery we were told there was a $20 fee because it was an off route delivery. And that we should put our bottles out for the driver to see. That's not safe. Those bottles are worth money. Someone can take them. As a former customer Crystal Springs for over 10 years this has never been the case before. we're very dissatisfied. and as we googled, there are other choices. No recourse was given. Unfortunate. Monique, the customer service rep did her best but nope.

The customer service is excellent and I like the pricing options. I also enjoy not having to lug bottles water regularly to the house. They also offer Mountain Valley Spring Water which is one of the most highly rated waters in the world.

They are not affiliated with "crystal springs". And they will not tell me where they source their water from. Betting this is purified city water with a bait and switch name.

Set up for delivery. Paid deposits on bottles. I had water that was so funky and not purified, delivered. It was worse than regular tap water. They blamed it on ABQ. water adding chlorine. It made us ill. Then their reliable driver, was replaced by unreliable drivers. I called ahead to say how many bottles I wanted. A few bottles delivered, when ordered several for their 2 week schedule. It became frustrating to deal with them. I discontinued all business with them. Rude staff answering phones.

We have been good paying customers for over twenty years. We even endured a $5 surcharge because gas was high, but gas has fallen and they want to charge the sur-charge forever? Not now, not up in here. I will be going with a competing water delivery service.
