Crumbl - Cottonwood

Wow!! I was really surprised at how good the cookies are. The cookies are big so it's fun to order a couple and share. The cookies are even good the next day. The peanut butter cup is amazing. The raspberry sugar cookie was really good. The cookie brownie was really tasty. I will be back when I'm back in Albuquerque.

Asked my dad to pick up our Crumbl order the day before Thanksgiving. We pre-ordered on Tuesday for six of the pies they were offering. When my dad entered the store, he said there were several customers waiting for orders and many other customers being turned away because they were "sold out of everything." There were several staff available, but they were avoiding/ignoring the frustrated customers. When he finally got their attention, they prepped our order. The apple pie was mostly crust with a small scoop of apple filling and no cinnamon streusel topping. When my dad asked if there was something missing on the apple pie, one of the staff briefly looked, said "no" and quickly walked away before my dad could say anything else. I understand that they were probably receiving more orders and walk-in customers than they expected, but that's no way to treat anyone. Extremely disappointed in the product and customer service. I will definitely not be ordering anything from this Crumbl when I come back to visit my parents. This was my dad's first time going to Crumbl, and I can tell you he's going to be telling all his friends about this negative experience.

All I can I can say is... You gotta try it!!! They have all the best flavors and will definitely satisfy your sweet cravings every time.With a weekly rotating cookie flavor option as well as their standard flavors, these cookies are insane!!!You'll fall in love from the moment you walk thru the door and smell all the goodness they have to offer!!! Cookies baked fresh daily! The only downside is having to choose!!!

Every time you go in they're out of at least two of their menu items. Today I placed an order online for pick up. I put in my NM zip code and it gave me cottonwood, unfortunately I didn't look to see that it was cottonwood Utah. The location was not the cleanest and the bucket that holds cleaning solution was on the floor and then placed on a counter. It should never touch the floor! I also do understand why there are no slip mats that also provide a soft surface for there employees to stand on for long periods of time.

Crumble is our all time go to when we want something decadent and delicious! Our favorite is the new hot caramel apple! We can't forget our classics like chocolate chip and sugar cookie too. Absolute chefs kiss!!

**RECOMMEND with CAUTION**1/18/23: Woah...These cookies are BIG and warm! If there is a mini option available go for it. I didn't notice that on the menu but it may exist. The menu changes weekly and 6 gourmet flavors are always ready to enjoy. Extremely clean store!My customer service experience was with the self ordering menu. Only human interaction was letting someone know I was doing a Crumbl Cookie review and getting the cookie after it was boxed for me to eatWARNING: Regarding the LARGE individual cookie DO NOT come here if you are diabetic, have sodium or cholesterol issues. 1/4 of a cookie is between 480 -560 calories. Sodium is 100 - 280 milligrams per 1/4 of that cookie. Cholesterol? 85 to 150mg per 1/4 of your treat depending on which cookie you get. Was supposed to be my 1 "Cheat day sweet treat" after the end of my week's intense workout sessions. I'll be honest and write that I did not finish the oversized Milk Chocolate Chip cookie; even after cutting it into about 10 small pieces. Took me 3 days to attempt to eat it. First of all, too big and sweet for me to finish. I could only think of being in a sugar or carb coma! After adding up the calories, then seeing how much sodium and cholesterol was in 1 cookie I just couldn't waste the hard work I've been putting in. Perhaps you may find comfort eating 1 of the large Crumbl cookie. I tried and was unsuccessful.Still give Crumbl Cookies a try! Best of luck to you

I have visited this location multiple times. As well as another Albuquerque location. I actually favor this one. It's convenient to where I live and every time I go in the employees are friendly and they always have the cookies I want. I really enjoy using the app to order ahead. And it's nice to see my reward progress in the app. I love how they rotate the flavors every week and there is literally something for everyone.

I only ordered two items for my mom's 74th birthday, she's never had Crumbl cookies so I wanted to have one delivered to her for her birthday since she's in NM and I live in another state. I ordered two items; a cookie and a milk and the milk was not delivered and her note was not on the box so she didn't know who it was from. When I called the store, a less than apologetic associate who had a really difficult time refunding me for the milk, I was on the phone with her for ten minutes while she tried to find the order and process the refund (Chanel was her name). She never apologized and when I suggested to her at the end of the call that an apology would've been nice, she simply hung up the phone. I've spent hundreds of dollars sending Crumbl cookies and this was a huge disappointment to me that not only was one of two items not delivered but the store associate was rude and didn't seem to care at all. She provided me with the store owners email saying "he doesn't really ever respond but I'll give it to you", this was after I asked to speak with her store manager. I'm highly disappointed and will share my experience with others, I have been a loyal Crumbl customer and this unacceptable. *1 star rating only because I had to select 1 to submit review.
