Crown TV & Electronics

Crown came out and replaced the main-board on my Mitsubishi WD-73837 DLP Big Screen TV, and that totally fixed my TV. Since it came out of the box it had trouble finding HDMI devices and would show no picture when plugged into my 3d kit module. They also picked up my Pioneer VSX-1020, while he was at my house, because it was shutting off and the HDMI's were not working, and fixed it under warranty. They are 100 miles away from me and they dropped off my receiver to my house 2 days after it was fixed (Firm Ware update was all she needed). Thanks for going out of your way for me! You guys will get all my electronic service work and I will refer everyone I know to Crown Electronics!

i would give the a zero if possible, came out twice wrong parts, tech tried to make it work with wrong seal, on my dishwasher left my house in a hurry , seemed he ran out of my house because he new he did not do the job right, my dishwasher is not working wont stay shut to run , i am old disalbed and a vet , now they are telling me they wont fix their wrong. dont call them terrible terrible. jay w mcdonald.

Had Kim here to fix our TV, he was prompt, very professional and friendly, he fixed our TV and clean up right after that. He even gave me some advise on options on our TV that I didn't know. I highly recommend them for any TV or appliances repair. They wouldn't be around for 70 years if they weren't doing somthibg right.

Every second of our experience with Crown was great. Liam worked with us to find the source of our problem via phone, got us set up with an appointment quickly, and was friendly and professional. Jonathan came out to assess the exact issue and was incredibly efficient. After the part we needed was ordered and had come in Jonathan was at our door the next day to install it and make sure everything was in working order. Again he works at a great pace and is very respectful and kind. Even took the time to patiently get acquainted with our kind of shy/awkward dog. So grateful that our fridge is back to normal, and we will definitely be calling Crown for any future appliance issues!

We had an excellent experience with this company. We had a new faulty Sears refrigerator that they helped us with. They sent out a technician to replace the part, who come on time and was very professional to deal with. Unfortunately, the replacement part did not cure the problem and that's where Robin, the manager comes in. She was phenomenal! She was the intermediary between us and the Sear's rep. It was a long drawn out process and she was in constant communication with us and Sear's. She responded to every text promptly and if she didn't have the answer she got back to us in a very timely manner with one. She was very kind, respectful and informative. We haven't dealt with anyone this top notch in a long time.

I would never use them again. Long story short, after two weeks, dishwasher finally "repaired" by Crown. Three hours later the same problem occurred - not working at all. Called Crown. Left message at 8:30 - no response. Called at 9:10 no answer. Called again. After repeating the problem, the phone answerer said it was not their problem as the ticket had been closed by the technician and I would have to call Lowes and open a new ticket. All about warranty money - nothing about service.

Crown TV is a Panasonic authorized service center and when my new plasma TV needed some warranty work, Crown TV were the ones to do the job.Literally five minutes after I got off the phone with Panasonic setting up my repair, I had a phone call from Crown TV to schedule my appointment. This was on a Saturday. They scheduled my appointment, ordered the part, and by Wednesday the service technician was at my home. Oh, and he arrived RIGHT on time, just two minutes before he was scheduled to show up. How's that for punctuality?The service technician did an excellent, professional, and speedy job and was very courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with Crown TV and will turn to them for all my (hopefully few) TV service needs in the future.

Wonderful people to do business with. They repaired my CD player for just the service fee. I recommend them highly.
