I stop bye to check out the men's watch collection every 2 to 3 months just to see if there's something I can't live without. Their service is top notch. They don't hound you, there's always someone willing to help and they're all very knowledgeable. Their jewelry is priced, in my opinion, at fair market value, but they're willing to negotiate a little bit on the price. You can be assured that you're buying top notch jewelry and watches.

Every once in a while, I get inspired to clean out my garage. This is a purge of stuff that I no longer need. In one of my boxes of childhood mementos I found lots of old coins. Some buffalo nickels, silver dimes, and wheatie pennies, along with some silver dollars, quarters, and tons of pennies. I even found some foreign coins too. Well, where do you think I went? Yes, back to see my friend Big Lou. We went through the old cigar box full of coins, and found a few treasures. Crown Jewels and Coins, paid me fairly for my treasure chest of coins.Thanks again Big Lou. Christmas is looking brighter.

Great service from all the staff here! I'm one of those people who actually don't like in person browsing/shopping as I usually find it uncomfortable dealing with sales people or people who follow you around the store. I had a chance to stop by Crown Jewels a couple of times and it could be a bit busy, especially pre-holidays season. Nevertheless, the staff was on top of the game. They made sure they acknowledged you, knew if they could help you with anything...and really spent time making you feel comfortable.I went to Crown Jewels because I had a high end jewelry (luxurious watch that I no longer want to be liable for...because I never wore it) that I wanted to sell and wanted to know the price I could get. They were super helpful and were really polite about telling me what the process was like and what they thought they could get me. Ethan and other staff were helping me out giving me quotes for my jewelries.At the end, I ended up selling my watch with them and the process was pretty smooth and, after verification of an item's authenticity, I got paid for it pretty painlessly. If I were ever look for jewelries again in ABQ, I would definitely take into consideration the options they got at Crown Jewels. The staff was nice..service not sleazy..and the selection was great!

Best place Best people. Mora, Lucas and Earl are simply the best. I have never dealt with a better place than I trust completely. You can feel totally confident whether you're selling or buying that. They will treat you with respect, honesty and integrity.

My brother and I found several coins/coin collections/assorted silver while cleaning out our father's apartment after his death. We had no idea what we had or what it was worth. I looked on Yelp for a coin dealer - Crown Jewels and Coin was at the top of the list, and not too far away, so we called ahead and then went over. Lucas was very helpful on giving us information about the selection we had and his views on their valuation. We decided to go back the next day with everything and sell it. While Lucas was totaling things up Earl (the "and Coin" part of Crown Jewel and Coin) came over and while chatting we described some other 'decorative' coins we had and Earl offered to buy them. We agreed and the deal was done. We found Lucas and Earl to be engaging and knowledgeable. We feel well served in all the transactions and were very pleased with the service. In a similar situation we would absolutely go back to Earl and/or Lucas.

I went there twice within a month of each other, first one to sell some gold and second time to buy batteries and wrist bands for three watches. Both times the team treated me with outmost respect and courtesy. I dont see how the service could get any better and I dont see myself going to any other jeweler. They are second to none. Anthony J.
