The business office charged my account for a tank rental fee -I do not have their tank, I left the company because of shady charges in the first place. The business office "Christy" told me my card would be refunded in 24 to 48 hours. I waited 7 days and no refund, today I called and they told me that had to drive all the way to their business to pick up my refund check. Basically they lied to me again!! Very shady business practices

I see complaints about Cross Country I would suggest ppl tht have an issues with Christy speak with the Owner Terry or his son.In the past they had problems with office staff not telling the owner what's going on and a accountant stilling money

called to inform this company that they are being sent a check by default from the government program LIHEAP. The lady Kristy was very rude again in regards to filling my propane. I am low income with 3 kids and I require the help from the state. After refusing to fulfill the last check sent to them by LIHEAP in Dec of 2021 because the landlord of my residence left a bad review about the customer service of the delivery man, we switched propane companies. Unfortunate for me they were the last place to receive my last LIHEAP check; the state sent it to them by default because they had a surplus of funds. Now my family is in need of propane and this company is yet again refusing to fill my propane. This company has no regard for how they treat their customers. If I had not checked my Yes.NM account I would have never known that they received this check. They were ready to receive the funds and not contact the account holder. This lady Kristy has yelled at both my mother and I, she has hung up on us both. I would think twice about doing any business with this company. They do not take responsibility for any wrong doing on their part. If you have any complaints they will deny you service or demand you to remove a negative review.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would! I had an account in collections, it was paid April 29, it never got reported to collections who kept calling, I called Kristy, at Cross Country, numerous times, sent her the receipt for the payment and she reassured me it was all taken care of, collections still took it all out on my card with a fee. I tried getting ahold of Cross Country who said they sent the verification to TSI, I the collections company, and I need to take it up with them, TSI claims they never received anything, spent a week trying to get verification from Cross Country, never got ahold of anyone. I tried to get ahold of Kristy at Cross Country, which apparently is the only person I can speak with, and she's NEVER there. I told the young girl what was going on, asked what she was going to do about it, she said she didn't know, I asked if maybe she should speak with her supervisor in which time she got extremely snotty and hung up on me, Kristy calls back screaming and yelling at me telling me she had never talked to me about this issue, and hung up on me. Now I have paid Cross Country twice, once being almost $300, and can't get her to verify to collections that it was paid IN APRIL! And this is what I get to continue to deal with
