My fiancé and I stopped here on our way to Tablao Flamenco at Hotel Albuquerque. We had originally tried to go up to to the rooftop bar (Level 5) at the newly opened Hotel Chaco, but we were told it was completely booked up there (tip: make a reservation in advance if you're looking to check out the rooftop). The very friendly hotel staff pointed us to Crafted NM instead, which is Hotel Chaco's ground-level bar. We weren't sure if we would be able to get in last minute, but we lucked out! Alec greeted us right away and set us up in a gorgeous corner of the patio. From there, the evening just got better and better. The menu at Crafted is AMAZING. There are a ton of local wines and you can opt to do a flight if you're curious. I did a port flight and loved it. I don't often see this on menus so it was a welcome surprise. Each pour in the flight was delicious and I loved getting to sample some local products. My fiancé got a glass of red from local winery Gruet, and later found out from Alec that it was a special, limited-edition wine from a partnership between Gruet and Crafted. Apparently you can't find it in stores, so this is the place to come for it! Separately, the food menu looked delicious but we held back since we were on our way to dinner (but in hindsight, should have gotten a snack). The gougères on the menu looked particularly appetizing! Thanks to Alec for being so welcoming, efficient, and pleasant to talk to.

We love going to Crafted and mostly because of Ben, the manager/bartender who has an incredible knowledge about New Mexico wines and makes the most creative wonderful cocktails. There is lovely outdoor seating but it's always fun to sit at the bar and chat with Ben or the other patrons. Very friendly atmosphere that is lacking upstairs.

I love Crafted! After visiting the Sawmill Market across the street I needed a beautiful glass of wine! That is to say my taste buds are never far away from wine & bubbles. Crafted is very nice in sort of a classy way! Dave was educated, as should anyone who is serving wine. Myself being an expert in California wine I put him through the test! He scored well, but only in the environment of his products, New Mexico wine!Hey, I like some of NM wines, and have purchased several. I have to give the small producers credit for their craft in the area.Give Crated a try and ask lots of questions!!!

Stopped in here with a few friends recently and was excited about the concept. The space is beautiful and modern. The service was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the wines. They also have a cool little gift area if you're looking for some unique bar/wine gifts for someone that has everything. While everything about the ambiance, service, etc. was excellent, the selection itself was very, very limited. While they had some unique wines from local wineries you normally don't see on a menu, there were a lot of not so great wines. Each of us got a different flight so we could try the whole variety and the only two people who were happy with everything in their flight (and finished everything) was the sparkling Gruet flight (because duh...it's Gruet and delicious) and the "fortified" flight which was unique port-like wines. The red flight and the rose flight both kinda sucked if I'm being honest and there were at least two that no one at the table wanted to finish (BLASPHEMY!). This place has so much potential and a really cool concept but we have so many amazing wine/beer options in this city I feel like the current selection is short changing that. How cool would a unique IPA, stout, or Pilsner flight be from some of the top local breweries? Maybe with cool snack pairings (chocolates? Cheese?). I do have to give them credit for selecting wines that are hugely different though (taste preferences aside). It's worth checking out and you can't go wrong with the Casa Rodena wines (especially the Meritage and Rose) and the Sheehan Mourvedre if reds are up your alley. It would definitely be worth returning if more options and variety were added to the menu.

Stopped in here on a Friday evening to sample some New Mexico wine. Really cool vibe and Daniel was very informative about the wines we were sampling and helped us figure out other cool things to do in the area. New place so it needs some customers- head over there! Love that it is all things New Mexico!
