Child abuse accusations that never were addressed. Really unorganized. Hired a girl that was addicted to fentanyl. There's so many random people that sub in for teachers constantly, I (one time) picked up my daughter a little later than usual (4:30 pm) and she was in a completely different class with a completely different lady and my daughter was in tears. Teachers don't do anything about bullying. Unsettling feeling anytime I dropped or picked her up so she only went for 3 months.

We have had our daughter at Covenant since she was three months old. Ever since our first tour of the school, we were treated with respect and care. Our daughter has had wonderful teachers every year, and has learned so much. We have actually gone to both Covenant locations and both have been welcoming and our kiddo loves it dearly. I have always felt that she was safe, love the communication throughout the day, and adore all of the staff. I highly recommend this school!

We trusted Covenant with our kids since our son was 4 months old. Now, as a School-Ager in the first grade, we jumped at the opportunity to have he and our 8 year old daughter go to their remote School-Ager location just down the street where they are helped with their remote schoolwork by the same great teachers they know and love from Covenant. We have trusted Covenant to take care of our kids while we work and help them learn and grow in a caring, loving environment.

Owners are out of their mind. Infant room staff is unorganized. Director Hannah is unfit to run the place. Childs items go missing due to staff being unorganized. Reports of teachers abusing children that was reported several times and upper management does nothing about it. Do not send your kids here. Paul, Pat and their daughter Joy love to address the situation with nothing but gaslighting. All they do is gaslight you and claim nothing is going on.

If I could give zero stars I would. My child had a few incidents at this facility that were completely unethical and cruel. I called CYFD because no one would take accountability for their actions. Even Hannah the director laughed in face when I tried to talk to her about one of the incidents. She didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. She felt an infant at 5 months old was ok to not be fed anything for 6-8 hours. When I picked my child up in the afternoon none of their bottles were given to them and when I asked the care taker about it, her response was it wasn't noted on the paperwork how often they needed to be fed. They said they did feed them but when I asked them what they were fed the care takers answers kept changing from breast milk to formula. At the time my child was breast fed. There were a few more incidents that happened. Luckily I found someone else who is loving and caring to watch my precious baby. These incidents happened long before COVID happened. I hope no one else experiences anything like my child did.

My son has gone to Covenant Schools in Rio Rancho since he was 2 months old. He will be 4years old in a few months and I can't believe that it's been that long!!! He started in the newborn/baby room with quite a few of his current preschool classmates! :-) As a full-time employee, they make my life a lot easier! They use Brightwheel as the communication tool, where they post daily updates, behavior chart information, details about the lesson plan (For example, this week it's letter "H" so we work on examples at Home), etc. During the younger years, the Brightwheel app lets parents know Exactly when babies are fed, when diapers are changed, when the kiddos need more Formula and diapers and wipes, etc. He loves the school, and and I love the fact that they have a Christian foundation and Christian lesson plans! Thank you, Covenant Teachers, Staff and Management, for all that you've done over the years, and for all that you continue to do regularly! Our Family is VERY grateful!

Since 2010 my two children have attended this loving, caring and educational school. My children wake up and are so delighted when the find out it's a school day. The teachers are always available either in person or on the phone and are very involved in both of my children's learning. They know and are not afraid to tell me when they are acting up or different and we are able to work together to solve the problem. They all have great advice but also listen to my needs as a parent. In addition my husband and I could not ask for a better school to send our children to. We feel so blessed that a place like Covenant Schools exists and that we are apart of it.
