I took my fully functional phone to this shop to have a broken screen replaced. I provided the part. Dom performed the worst install I've ever seen. The phone did not function, the case was not fully closed and locked, and screws were physically falling out. He was distracted and said, "if you have a problem bring it back." I returned the next day as the phone didn't operate. (he was twenty minutes late and rude). He took it apart, put it back together and left screws out again. The phone still failed after a couple hours. I returned (3rd time) to be told he was out of the office and would call me. I received zero phone calls. I returned again today (4th visit) after having to spend $400 on a new phone that works and was told that he would put a screw in it but that he did not damage the phone under any circumstance. He asked what I wanted. I expressed that a refund for poor workmanship would be satisfactory but that he really needed to reimburse me for nuking the phone. He argued I provided the part. I explained and demonstrated that the part I provided is still in working order. The new part was NEVER the issue. He pointed at his "no refund" sign and said, "nope! Never gonna happen!" He knows he damaged my unit, and refuses in the rudest possible manner to do anything to remedy the situation. Complaints have been filed at the BBB and every other outlet I have found to warn people NOT to do business at this company. He will not stand behind his work and has no concern for customer service or satisfaction.

had broken screen,but touch screen worked well.Contact wireless replaced glass,looks good,touch screen is not working at all.I have two weeks and 60 dollars in this repair and phone will not function.Phone worked when I gave it too them,now it does not.I complained and was scolded for being rude.With results like this,I think some discontent should be expected.If the service was timely,and improved,repaired my phone I am certain customer attitude would improve.

He took the protective screen off.Right away put on a new one, told me his cardmachine was down. I went to get 26 (only) Dollars. Paid the man and within 20 minutes I had a brand new screen from the moment I walked in.Honest ( he said he could not repair the backside of my phone) Quick (20 minutes) and reliable (my screen looks like new)

Excellent customer service. I brought in an older smart phone that was not charging. Contact wireless installed a new battery and repaired the charging pins. They gave it their best try but were not able to repair the phone.
