Inspector didn't communicate with the manager on site to move the boxes so he could inspect.

Requested a comprehensive report to be conducted on a commercial property that I was looking to purchase early this year. The report was exceptional with some reference photos, except for what I am about to point out.I paid for the inspection and had the seller notify the tenants (Starbucks) about the inspection but apparently Starbucks wasn't aware of the electrical panel being blocked and that the inspector would need access to that. So when I finally get my report, the entire electrical portion didn't get completed due to some boxes stacked in front of the panel. It could have been avoided if the inspector could have simply opened his mouth to ask the tenants to push the boxes of cups aside. Instead, he took a picture of them and put "Cannot Determine" along each section of the inspection report. It was a shame that the inspector did not communicate with the the manager on duty or tenant while he was there. He could have simply ask the tenant to clear the electric panel area so that he could inspect. All the electrical system points are inconclusive and were not inspected. As a buyer, it is critical that the inspector be diligent, take the initiative and be thorough and due to that, I can't recommend this company as they clearly cannot communicate.

Very poor customer service. I called because my ceiling was leaking water directly below my upstairs bathroom. They had someone come out the same day but that's where the positives stop. Without much diagnosis they started cutting a large hole in the ceiling in the roof. After about 15 mins of checking they felt that the overflow pipe was the culprit. After putting a $10 rubber washer they promptly packed up without alerting me that the hole in the ceiling would be on my dime. Luckily i haven't had a chance to fix that yet cause the shower is STILL leaking. I understand that some things are not covered under warranties but people rely on warranty companies for communication and expertise. Avoid this company, buying a new house can be stressful enough!

Stephen did our home inspection on our new home we just got. He was on time and did a great job. Took pictures of everything that needed to have work done or was not up to code. He sent us a six page typed up report with all the pictures. It was the best experience we had buying our house. I recommend him to anyone.

Many Home Inspections available throughout New Mexico, please do research and think twice about using this, actually think twice and then think twice again. The customer service is beyond horrible and the "owner" is MIA and is anything but professIona's. getting to the inspectors all I can say is that there was reveal was the roof that we 35 plus years old and missing shingles to which they replied "we did catch the roof for you" The inspector missed lighting issues, door issues, leaks, windows, disposal, the list could on but i plead to anyone looking to take care of their investment DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS BUSINESS IF IT IS FREE!
