Comfort Suites Albuquerque Airport

Out stay here was amazing. The staff super friendly and professional. Lobby very clean and well lite. The check in was super easy less than 5 minutes booking through booking.com. We had the suit where there are 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa in the separated living area space. Comes with microwave, refrigerator, and kurig. Beds sleeps so well and thread count was amazing. The covers were just right and so soft and fluffy. Pillows could have been better but they give you a ton. It was so quiet and we had great sleep. They do have construction going on in the back and was my view but it wasn't noisy to wake up to at all. Breakfast was hot and served waffles, cereal, sausage ( I wish they offered turkey options) toast, hash brown, eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, juices and tea bar. I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend. Never mind the 3.5 stars they need better rating for sure.

We traveled from Colorado for soccer with my son, My room was paid for on Nov.14th in FULL and I was charged in full again upon checking in. It was a nightmare the whole weekend to get this taken care even with proof of prior payment the manager solved nothing on Saturday, upon checking out Sunday he said we would be getting refunded in the next few days in FULL and we have yet to get anything back. I asked him for print outs of what he claimed were canceled payments and he gave me the run around that he needed to get permission for the payment department (he was super nervous and just a weird vibe) went into his office to make "a phone call" came back out and said everything was taken care of and I'd be getting a refund. I really wanted this to be a better experience than it was but they have done nothing to make this right!

Quiet and safe in Albuquerque with a brightly lit parking lot and friendly check in desk. Perfect for a road trip and for unpredictable Albuquerque. If you're traveling alone through this city, don't save money on the hotel! Great view.

Awesome staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. 3 minutes from the airport. Breakfast included. Exactly what I needed for my stay. Highly recommend it.

Hotel was pristine. Room spacious. Very conveniently located. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and went above and beyond in serving each customer. Thank you for such warm hospitality !

BEWARE: 1/18/25 Got Room 202 after 8 hours of driving through a CO blinding snow//ice storm. Retiring at 9:00 p.m. I called the front desk asking that the security guard please knock on 302, telling them their children jumping off the beds was keeping us awake. Nothing changed by 10:00, or 11:00, or midnight. My husband (who wears hearing aids) got dressed & took the elevator to the Lobby asking why no one had talked to 302. The front desk girls had no answer, so he asked to talk to the Security Guard himself. There was no security guard on duty. He asked for the manager on duty. There was no manager on duty either. After some insistence, they finally called a man who said his name was "The Manager".The Manager, who would not give a name, said if we were unhappy we could just leave! Bill said if we were leaving at midnight we would need our $140. The Manager firmly replied there are NO refunds. Bill said, with no refund of our money, we would not leave. The Manager then said he would call the police to throw us out! We agreed, as the Police Report would reveal "The Manager's" name. He replied, I am the owner, it is my hotel, and I can kick you out if I want to. So after midnight we returned to our room to listen to continuing feet jumping & stomping hard onto the floor. It sounded like being under a Gymnastics Event. Leaving about 9:00 a.m. the next morning, exhausted, to continue our long drive to Scottsdale. Leaving that hotel, heading North to Rt. 40 we witnessed 5 Police vehicles surrounding a car. We saw puffs of smoke trailing in the wind, as one officer had fired shots at their suspect.Imagine my panic knowing we had slept in this hotel, with our cash & jewelry, in such a dangerous airport neighborhood, with no security guard on duty, and no manager on duty? Just 2 teenage girls. "The Manager" is very "inhospitable."

Very clean and modern. Parking lot was well lit. Comfy big king bed. Only thing that bumped my review down was breakfast, the hash browns weren't even toasted, no fresh fruit...

I have been trying to contact the company for 40 minutes now and the person on the phone keeps answering with an attitude and placing me on hold and the call keeps ending. I dont want ro agitate the receptionist, but I really need to change my reservation. Hopefully maybe someone will see this and be able to help!

Front Desk worker Emilia was lazy and sabotaging our stay , manager , James came to our rescue and made sure we had a great stay. Alls well that ends well, hope Emilia gets some training on how to handle customer issues.

The bed was very comfortable. Beyond that, the room was horrible... the floor directly in front of the bathroom was uneven with sharp edges from a shoddy repair job.. there was a brass hook sticking out of the floor about 3 inches high directly in front of the closet door. Seems it was a doorstop that didn't even secure the door. It's very painful when it comes in contact with your foot.... The pool area was very loud and the chlorine smell was very strong...
