This place. Is pretty magical. Sitting area for chillin, there's a wild mess of devices on the shelves, in a good way. Inventory is always stocked , and there's a good price range for it all. High end, low end, beginner and advanced, this shop will have something for you, whether you're pinching pennies or not. Temperature control devices, all the tanks and rda's, wire, cotton, (80 balls for 5$! All organic!) and so many wonderful flavors, concentrates And custom house blends, AND premium juices, definitely give this shop a chance. I recommend Crem, for the custard lovers, and Mothers Milk for those sweet teeth out there! I bought two RDA's from this place, wire and cotton. Love my drips, love the cloud, the juice prices are UNBELIEVABLE. 120 ml bottles for 30$, flavors are on point, and bottles above 60ml are 75% off on Fridays. That's 8 ounces of juice for less than 50$. 240ml!!! Visit cloudNINE! This place has wonderful things to offer!!Do or not do. There is no TRY. -Master Yoda.

Started useing the Vapor and tried 3 stores in Rio Rancho Cloud Nine is the best..the Juice is the best in town, and the staff knows the product and was very helpful in setting me up, I gone back to the other one, for parts and did not like the staff or prices, Vamp Rio is good but Cloud 9 is number 1 in town

If you need supplies they got em. I was a bit grossed out with the customers that were there when I stopped in. One guy was revving his engine and was a general scumbag. Another guy in a big diesel truck peeled out in the parking lot and floored it down golf course. I wouldn't give this place my business again just because they seem to attract low life people who don't respect anyone. There should be some respect as this is a new location at 1709 golf course. Nice building, good selection, back alley clientele. Don't give your business to them for this reason.
