Excellent!I've been to a few kettlebell gyms over the years, and this place is hands down the best.Coach Greg is highly attentive to form, to breath, to movement. He's not going to let you just push through a crappy movement pattern and injure yourself. Yes, you will be challenged, and pushed, but you will not be pushed past your limits to where your form breaks down. It's a rare trainer that knows the difference, and Greg is one of those trainers. As I chiropractor I often cringe at some of the group classes I attend. I look around the room and see student's form falling apart, compensation patterns everywhere, and the instructor is clueless - just pushing people into rep after rep. That is not happening at CK Fitness. Coach Greg is ON IT.The training space is light, well designed, and attracts students that are friendly and care about each other. This is the perfect place for folks of all ages and genders to learn kettlebells in a positive yet challenging environment. Greg is excellent at individualized attention even in group classes. As for the previous reviewer, check out the web site for the schedule of classes. This isn't a 24 hour gym, it's a kettlebell training studio with set class times. Look up the times, check it out, and you will not be disappointed. This place is the real deal.

Do you hate the gym? Are you unmotivated by yourself? Are you new to fitness? Are you a fitness freak who loves working out?Cool, check out Coach Greg at CK. Coach Greg teaches you the fundementals of kettlebells and the art of breath. You would be amazed at how strong your body actually is when you are using it properly! Seriously, Greg had me confidently swinging weights I didn't even think I could pick up. After class my body definitely felt that sweet sweet kettle bell burn. Seriously, it looks simple, but you use your entire body. It hurts so good. Greg also does some really great class times to allow more people to join his classes, and they aren't long classes! If you have just half an hour in the morning you are good to go! You seriously won't regret taking these classes.

I began Kettle Bells in March 2014. This was a totally new way of working out for me! Greg is a very patient & attentive trainer! He really pays attention to detail & always checks in with me , never overlooking any aches & pain issues I may be experiencing at the time. He pushes me to be the best I can be! I no longer " work out" I train! And I no longer use the word " can't" . Greg has helped me realize, if I want it, I CAN !!!I am in the best shape of my adult life & stronger than ever! I love kettle bells!

I have worked out with kettlebells for several years, and Greg is one of the best instructors I have trained with.He teaches proper form and technique, with a real emphasis on technique, so new people learn how to perform the movements correctly, and experienced people get to push their limits.Class size is small, friendly students, hard workouts. Mix of KB, body weight, and ropes.
