Circ Apartments

The apartments are cozy and spacious, the help is great, the people who live here are nice, the lease is expensive (alittle over priced), the lobby is pretty, free WiFi, free morning coffee, and great for kids, unfortunately it closes too early, the pools great, the gym is small but cozy, the delivery of packages and special mail is the worst, parking good, the security is ok but quiet neighborhood over all, so over all, I've had a great experience and would recommend it ask for Adri or Bobby they took care of us if this is the location for you.

False and deceptive advertising. Read any contract before agreeing to terms. No. I would not recommend this location to friends.

For those who are looking to move from out of state, they do not answer their phones ! Everything is via app or some form of technology communication without a LIVE person

if i could give zero stars, i would.overall, the apartments are aesthetically pleasing. the property is well kept. the pool is decent, i was just upset that there wasn't a hot tub. the gym was seldom occupied so i got to workout in what felt like a "private" gym most days. about a month after living there, the ceramic coat on my shower started falling off and my sink disposal broke. i had to fix both myself. the water pressure is also very low and the washer and dryer were very noisy. additionally, i will say they are very over priced. you can expect to spend $1,850 for a two bed two bath, if not more. without a roommate, you will not be able to live here or get approved. my girlfriend and i had to move because our roommate wanted to leave and unless you make 3 times one months rent in income, you won't get approved (management told us this on the phone). there are also tons of fees that they don't mention. when i asked about moving into a one bedroom unit, they said i would need to pay a $400 relocation fee and have to pay double rent for a month at the unit i was in and the one i wanted to move into on top of moving expenses. when paying your rent in the app, there is also a $60 "convenience" fee on top of $25 valet trash and $5 monthly pest spraying fee (i never once saw the property workers spraying, my lease was for 15 months). so, add about $200 on top of what they say your rent will be and expect to pay that each month. as far as management, adrienne is a rockstar. she was always extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. very respectful and she actually found ways to save me money on multiple occasions. regrettably, i cannot say the same for bobbi. she is very rude, condescending and egotistical. she was extremely disrespectful to me and my girlfriend on multiple occasions and would directly portray that she was inconvenienced by us needing her assistance. i recall multiple occasions where she would ask me "how long is this going to take, i have xyz to do." anytime i would speak with her regarding questions or concerns, she would display serious frustration and she treated me as if i was an ignorant 5 year old. she lacks empathy and if i were her boss, i would heavily reconsider her employment. there were occasions where people of different genders, races and ages were treated far better and with much more dignity than i ever was by her. lastly, i wasn't going to post this review. i wrote this review over a year ago when i moved out and i decided not to post it. however, today, i changed my mind and here is why. Circ sent $250 to collections in my name that i was not made aware of. i never received anything in the mail notifying me of debt that i owed to Circ. i never received an email or a phone call to notify me of this debt. almost a year later, i received an email from a collections agency. do not rent from Circ. f*ck that place and f*ck the employees. except you adrienne. you're cool and i wish you well.

Do not rent here management is terrible! I had a vehicle that someone hit and was getting worked and even though I talked to the management and let them know my situation they assured me and gave me her word that it would not be towed and yet they still authorized to have my vehicle towed!! I would not recommend living here look elsewhere!

I have asked for a maintenance request to be taken care of since the roommate took off with the shower head. Same day it was taken care of. The Head of maintenance Mr. Chris took care of it himself. Nice factor there!

Would never recommend. This place is zero stars rating.This place is a joke! I lived here for 6 months, the first week being there my air conditioner started leaking so was out of cold air during the summer three times, then there so called "fix" was to have the water leak on the outside of the door. Upon moving out they add additional charges so be ware of that. Oh, don't let me forget there office workers, Pamela doesn't know her head from her ass and if you are calling for something to be fixed they always put the wrong information, and do not give an actual 24 hour notice when entering your apartment! Oh and be careful with your personal property here the first week living there my car window was shattered and circ did not help do anything about it even with a police report they acted clueless to the incident. Also, fire alarms go off anytime it rains or snows at like 12am.

Only move here if you love being harassed by the towing people. Management is NO help. My car was towed the first night I moved in because it was new and had to pay $300 just for the towing fee. I am utterly disgusted with these apartments and I've only been here a week.
