Chuze Fitness

This is my go to gym! It definitely has enough equipment/free weight to work out any part of your body. In addition, it does have classes, a pool, and multiple sauna rooms as well. The staff is friendly and the equipment is well-kept.It does get busy at peak times like other gyms and seems to stay busier just a bit longer than other gyms. But nothing too bad. I will definitely be going to this gym for a while!

Im a fairly new member and am enjoying my workouts at this Chuze location. Front desk staff is friendly and I do see them cleaning the machines and bathrooms. They always have plenty of wipes to sanitize the machines. The weight machine area can get busy. People are pretty good about taking turns though. I like seeing all the familiar faces of the people working out. Maybe I'm a regular they recognize now..I see people of all skill levels and body types and no one's judging. Parking is definitely insane at peak hours. It's just like that for a few hours a day not the whole time. The weekend parking isn't bad at all. The membership prices are affordable. It's definitely time well spent in a city that has limited healthy places to be in my opinion. Also as a bonus Target is right behind them.

they have all these employees but yet no one seems to do anything around here. this is like the 3rd or 4th time i've asked to tan & no one started the bed as im naked in the room waiting for the best to start & can't get ahold of the front desk while trying to call. & as i look out they are just standing up there talking. really nice chuze..

I went in on a 7 day free pass but after the tour with Carmen and the awesome job she did I couldn't leave without joining. Carman is very knowledgeable about the equipment and classes being offered and all information concerning joining this establishment. Thank you Carmen I had a fantastic first visit. I have to revise my review down to 3 stars. Prices were jacked up on smoothies and the recipes changed. The last two I bought were full of ice/water and were very weak! Not worth over $7! Rip off. Hot tub went down for weeks because Chuze doesn't have a good maintenance system in place. You need a bench stock of commonly needed parts. Do t wait for things to break, then order parts. You have customers to take care of! Same for smoothie supplies - stock up! Just-in-time inventory is no longer acceptable. You have customers to take care of. "They forgot to send bananas" is no longer an acceptable answer. I spent $15 on watered down smoothies that I tossed in the trash. Congratulations.

Was looking for a new gym... i needed free weights this place is not bad. Staff answered all my questions. Advised of busy times. Place was clean and currently on a 7 days pass... but just might do it! Looking good so far!! Hours are doable... JUST DO iIT!!!!

Not too bad a place to work out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of room, lots of machines, circuit training and free weights. For cardio training there are stairs, elliptical trainers, bikes and treadmills. If you want something other than the usual cardio or weights check out yoga and team training. Child care is available. For the after workout recovery you can hit the juice bar, pool or sauna A little something for everyone. Don't let a full parking lot scare you off. I learned that even with a full parking lot there is still plenty of room inside to get your workout going. A bonus for me, I haven't run into the attitudes that plague some gyms. If you're looking for a place to workout give these guys a chance

Hot tub has been broken for a month, water dispensers are broken, and more than a few machines are broken. It's starting to feel like more expensive Planet Fitness.​

I don't recommend Chuze to anyone. I don't even know how many broken signs are currently up throughout the whole gym( I should start taking pictures while I'm still a member), but I do know that the stair masters haven't been fixed in MONTHS (I'm talking 3-4 months). I just received an email from one of the managers and she stated they request vendors to fix their machines every COUPLE OF MONTHS. You would think a gym that has how many members would be able to afford a vendor visiting more than once in a COUPLE of months. Here's an email from one of the managers of the Winrock location.
