I have been in the botox game for a little while. I'm educated in the difference in all of the products offered. Of all the places I've been in Albuquerque, Chrome was the nicest. It was my first time visiting this establishment and my first time being injected by Barb. Barb was professional, educated, polite and respectful. It's been less than 48 hours since my Dysport injections, and I already see a difference. I'm so excited to be a new client here. I also got to see another of Barb's clients with fresh lip injections. This young lady's lips looked amazing! I cannot wait to get my lips done!I finally found a great place to keep me fresh. The staff here are very welcoming and don't mind listening to your horror stories from other places. The staff at Chrome pride themselves on natural beauty and will do their best to restore your physical youth without making you look like Joan Rivers. I paid over $800 to help with weight loss I lost 4 pounds. Barbara would not return my calls scheduling was terrible no one knows what they're doing. I requested a refund since $800 is a lot for four pounds I finally got a call back and was told they could only refund half.

over priced, doesn't listen to what you want. will do more then you asked for and expect you to pay for it. Your just a paycheck to them

After seeing Marissa my upper lip looks awful, I called a month ago and left a message for Marrisa no call back, I called again this week and again no call back...it's crazy to thing I spent so much money there and she can't take a minute to call me back! This is my face that we are talking about, Marissa if you don't care about screwing up someone's face maybe you shouldfind another job because it's apparent my appointment was all about the money!

I spent over $800 at Chrome because after speaking to Mary, she guaranteed she could help me with acne scars and blackheads. After 4 different treatments, one of which was so painful I needed her to stop, my skin looked the same. I swear the fine wrinkles were worse! When I called to complain and let them know that I would not bother to come in for the one free treatment I had left after purchasing four, I was told basically, "Wow, that's too bad. Very disappointed that I wasted all that money when I should have just been informed that she couldn't help me and to go somewhere else or just put that money towards a nice vacation.I told them I was going to write a bad review and she didn't seem to care, so, here it is.
