Outstanding customer service & prices. Went in looking for hand rail materials & was very happy with the wide selection of items they had.Tim was able to answer my questions even saving me hours of work by showing me rail ends. Juziah worked the prices out for me allowing me to decide what was best for my project. Then check out went great with Krystal processing me quickly. All covid procedures were being followed. My wife will be very happy with the quality of the product.WARNING: with these prices you may find yourself doing a lot more work than you thought. Wife now is planning on 7 hand rails.

I must admit, I feel a bit more masculine in a place like this. Steel! Sheet metal, flat iron, rolled cold and all the material that America was built on! The smell of cast iron in the morning!Anyway, I'm restoring a truck and needed some sheet metal to replace some rusted out floorboards. So, as I googled away, Choice Steel popped towards the top of the list. So, off I went. When I first went in I was a bit confused, but they were pretty cool and took mercy upon on my rookieness. They gave me choices with which gauge would be both sturdy and flexible enough to mold into the shape I need. Now for full disclosure, I can't compare prices to other suppliers, but it seemed fair to me. You pay and then drive 100 meters or so to their "Will Call" area where you drive inside a giant warehouse. Once inside, an employee takes a peek at your paperwork and then hooks you up. They even load it into your truck for you. In a nutshell, it's painless, it's easy, it's convenient, and I feel they are reasonably priced. If you have the need for a small project, or you're buying enough steel for your nuclear fallout shelter, I think you'll be pleased with these guys. Cheers!

The only helpful person I have delt with is rick .everyone else I have ever spoke with is rude not helpful one bit and some very sarcastic . Beware if you need help....as you will not get it .they are like robots and have no courtesies. Will hang up on you and act like your an inconvenience

Horrible horrible customer service. I walked in asking about rebar material for my deck I was building. The heavier Hispanic male sitting next to the sales rep treated me like I was an idiot for asking about pricing. I went to my car to call another company and contacted CMC who were awesome! I will never buy from these guys again!

We were new to living in the Southwest & looking for outdoor lights when we stopped at Southwest Lighting after driving by. They had a large display & offer many variations. We were given time to explore the showroom & work area plus the owners were generous with their time in exploring options. We received our lights early & in perfect condition. We are very pleased with the light fixtures & the service we received.

This outfit is the best. Since I do welding for a hobby, I don't want large quantities, just good selection and reasonable price. This place usually sells new stock for less than the scrapyards. Friendly staff, and easy to get to.
