Zen Foot Spa & Massage

I called first to see if there was availability for 90 minutes and they scheduled me right away. The place is clean and calming. The table was standard and the temperature in the room was perfect. The only issue for me was the face cradle could use a little more cushion. The masseuse was very attentive to my most painful areas and she used hot rocks which really helped release the pain in my back. I will come again and I highly recommend.

Have been dealing with shoulder pain for 6 months. Tried chiropractor, heating pads and over the counter meds. Those helped in the short term. After just one massage, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in a really long time. Ladies were pleasant, facility clean, and reasonable rates. Highly recommend even just to pamper yourself!

Massage was good but the customer service was not. They were not content with a 10 dollar tip and I was willing to give more but I don't like how she tried to change the tip amount and started speaking to her other associates in a different language. I should have not tipped after that but I still left a tip. Definitely wouldn't recommend they are clearly money hungry and it's not worth it in my opinion. Please change sign from tips are appreciated to tips are required!

OMG If you want a real massage this is the place. My wife took me here and I almost fell asleep. The lady did not know much English but that was okay. Hot rocks, they use hot rocks! I let her know where on my back I was hurting and she was able to work out the kinks. They soak your feet in hot water, nice touch. Very reasonable and they to not tell you that you have to give a tip or that the tip is not enough.I did worry about the couch things that you lay in, wondering how dirty they may be, but I think all in all they keep things sanitary.

The short story is that I liked this place. Good therapist, clean place, and comfortably furnished.From the sidewalk of a San Mateo strip mall in the glaring sun, I stepped into the lobby where there was a comfortable sofa, chairs, spa music, and a receptionist who took my name and confirmed my appointment. There was a little (minor) confusion about the treatment I had requested, but soon I was in a private room with a curtain enclosure, stripped down to my gym shorts, and sitting on a stool with my feet soaking in a tub of hot water. I soaked for 10 minutes while the therapist massaged my neck and shoulders.Then, after drying my feet, I laid down on a very comfortable chair (laying flat on my back with my feet up) with a blanket covering me from knee to chin. Ten minutes of very restful work on each foot followed by another ten on each leg. The entire session lasted 50 minutes and I settled the $26.75 bill in the lobby. Good deal! I would happily return.

I just have 1 hour massage session today and this is the best massage and hot stone massage I ever had. I went in with the stiffest back and left totally pain free. She worked on my back till all muscles relaxed. It was really amazing.

Wow, is all I can say to start. Anna helped me today. We just moved here and I've been so tense between the stress and the physical labor. I've probably had a solid 75 massages in my life and this was right up there at the top. They pay attention to every detail, they are attentive and kind and I just really felt taken care of and like they truly cared. Seems most don't speak english well but who cares about that? They have their services posted on a board and you can just point to them and they understand enough to give you an amazing experience. I went in for just a foot massage and ended up adding an addition 30 minutes for my neck and shoulders. I will be back, often. On top of the amazing massage it was very affordable and flexible, they offer very short sessions or long. Sometimes I just need a solid 20 minutes in my neck and shoulder so this place will be perfect. Grateful to have found this so close to our new place.

I have been here a few times now and it is always a relaxing experience. If you are looking for a quality massage for a fraction of the price of a high end Spa I would try this place out. They have a nice waiting area, the rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice and professional. They do take walk ins but I recommend making an appointment because I sometimes have trouble getting in last minute. I'll be back soon, thank you.

I was massage envy customer but After experience today I would never go there again. Linda did a great job. I will definitely go back.

I have seen Lin Lin at this establishment. She is always very helpful and respectful of my needs. She is a master at massage, always finding and working out the knots in my back. I highly recommend her. Although she looks small, she is surprisingly strong and can work at any pressure you want. For a great massage at a great price in a location that is always clean, you can't beat Chinese Healing Massage.
