Good service, nice selection of desserts. Opens at 7am when the casino opens. Attendand was friendly and helpful.

The server was all over the place he seemed to be the only one working and became stressed and disrespectful. But the ice cream was really good and was in a cute area. If your visiting the casino definitely try it but personally I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. They also serve Starbucks drinks and had about 6 different flavors of ice cream so don't get me wrong it's good! I just didn't get the best experience from it.

This ice cream shop is tucked away near the hotel. It's a great place to grab quick dessert after eating dinner.The ambiance of the shop itself makes it worth coming here if you're already in the casino. The employees are very friendly too.

Do not waste your time or your money at this place! We live in Albuquerque and stayed Saturday Feb 23, 2019 at Isleta Casino for an event. My mom and kids were enjoying their time together and decided to buy some ice cream. They quickly went to Chill Ice Cream Bar to buy some goodies. They arrived at about 4:30 pm and found one young lady taking care of another customer. My family was busy looking at the wall menu when the employee rudely said "move out of the way, they have to pay". So my mom and kids quickly moved out of the way. My youngest daughter (8) told my mom " oh I think I want a banana split". The employee chimed in "we don't have any bananas". Ok, so then my other daughter (11) said "oh I think I want a shake". The employee chimed in "we don't have stuff to make a shake". REALLY?!? This continued with the employee acting like she'd rather be anywhere but there. She was rude and left my kids and mom upset. My family finally decided on caramel sundaes. They were the WORST caramel sundaes ever since they had little to no caramel. The vanilla ice cream was just so so. My poor kids and mom were disappointed and very bothered by the woman's behavior. This should have been a nice treat. So, if you feel like a nice ice cream treat buy it somewhere else. Maybe room service would have been better and believe me just as expensive.
