Kayce(sp?) was our server. She was great on top of refills. Honest about what to & not to order.We ordered the 3 for me. Burgers were awesome and juicy.The enchilada soup was good like always.

We were out and about trying to use up all the gift cards we got for Christmas and we had a few for Chilis! We usually go to the Chilis in Los Lunas because it's the closest location but when we went in (LL) they told us they had a limited menu so we decided to try the next closest location. This is a smaller restaurant than the one in LL but we were seated quickly and drinks and appetizers came out pretty fast. I like the atmosphere in here. Not as busy as our regular location. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us frequently. There were only two people working the tables so I knew it would take a little longer than normal but our food came out really fast. The food at chilis is usually pretty good and today wasn't any different. Smokehouse combos with ribs and crispy chicken. Some brisket quesadillas and street corn. We shared an appetizer, dip trio, and everything was great. The ticket for 3 adults was about $80 before tip. It's pricey but the portions are huge and today we were lucky enough to have great service! I Probably will come back to this location next time we get together and have a craving for chili's just because the service was so much better than our regular chili's location. . Two thumbs up from me!

Food was to order. It was really crowded. I felt they built it way too small. Also, there is only very little area for waiting. Seemed understaffed. They added an alcoholic drink to our order by accident, which we didn't order. The food was what I expected. Everything tasted good. Just a little slow since our waitress was running all over.

Yes when I arrived at this location the manager came out to my truck and assistanced me, he even helped In securing the Chili app and my order was very promp this was my third visit but always walked in. Thank You.

The nachos were so weird. It was a corn tortilla smeared with refried beans and cheese. They toasted it and cut it into wedges. Completely gross. The "chili" was so disgusting. It was basically chili powder with ground beef. I had to ask for a cup of hot water to mix with the chili to water it down. Still couldn't choke it down.

Went to this new location here on a Sunday afternoon with no wait time expecting a nice meal with my family and in return was fairly disappointed with the food and service. The chips and dip were good as usual, I ordered the Big Mouth Bites how it came and when the server brought my order his customer service was so bad his attitude was giving off the impression of not wanting to work however the presentation looked good till I looked at my overcooked mini burgers, they tasted more like char than a decent burger also my sister didn't even receive her side dish that went with her order, overall our first experience at this location left a negative impression on us and we will not return nor recommend this location to others.

Went last night to have dinner I was sat by the end of the bar at a table so I was able to see the kitchen staff and the girl that was handling the food in the kitchen was VAPING and touching her hair had no gloves on wth is this?? Not going back!! Server was nice and did her job. I think your employees need some food safety classes!!

my server, Nicole was very rude to my table im a server myself and even when im having a bad day im still respectful. i had to ask the host for help and when we asked her for a refil she sighed and said yea. she was overall not attentive at all. it was so disappointing she barely asked us what we needed and was very nice to and attentive to other tables and I'd understand if we were rude or disrespectful, but we were very nice and polite and said thank you even when she sighed as us.

ZERO STARS...Don't waste your time!!!!!! Unprofessional, lazy, and inconsiderate staff....As we walked in immediately, the host seemed very hesitant, stating the wait was more than 20 minutes. My family was not in much of a hurry, so we agreed to wait. 10 minutes later, the host returns to let us know the wait is more than 25 minutes, we let her know we were fine with the wait time, AGAIN. We waited 30 minutes, and the host their system was down and will be closing. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. To me, it seems like they want to close early and lazy to work.

I mean. It's literally a stone's throw from our house and we've given this place CHANCE after CHANCE. We consider ourselves regulars since we visit this place at least twice a month. Each time, we never see the same servers. Bartenders may stick around for a few weeks, but apart from that... I can tell the turnover is high. When that's the case I can't blame the servers, it has to be the management. This last visit, we waited over 30 mins, zero service. Time before that, we waited almost an hour to get our check. Most of the time, we either get zero refills or we get attitude when we have to ask for something. I was a server when I was in my 20s. I know what it's like, so I tip well even when the service is as bad as this place can be.The food is consistent. Not bad, but not great. But when it's template-style cooking, it's hard to screw up. With chilis, it's the service that keeps customers coming back. If it was the food, I may have waited another 30 minutes before leaving.I'm now sitting with my kid at a different location (Gibson) and I'm already on my first refill and our server told me my food is gonna be ready in minutes. The manager is cleaning tables, servers are moving to-go orders. Even with an empty dining room, people here are busy but attentive.
