Che Santa Fe

I came here today and the lady in the truck was so friendly and nice I'd give her 10 stars just for that. The food was more than reasonably priced for the quality you get. I'm not kidding when I say people should be lined up for this food truck for the super friendly service and quality of the food. One of my new favorite spots in Santa Fe.

Que sorpresa divina! The choripán caught my eye but it's the bison empanadas I'll be coming back for. Gala, the proprietor, convinced me to try just one (she didn't have to push very hard) and I found it exquisite: fabulous crust, well seasoned meat, no extraneous fillers. Her chimichurri is great but I'm a purist, preferred my foods unadorned. Gala was cheerful, friendly, helpful with the menu and a charming raconteur. I'm glad to have come at a lull when she had time to share stories of her food and life journeys. I will be back! And back, and back!

Organic, grass fed smoothies for the win! Gala, the sweet woman who runs the truck, is fantastic! Always a pleasurable experience.

The empenadas and sauces are so flavorful and unique, and the smoothies have the perfect texture and level of sweetness.As the other reviews mention the woman who runs it is THE absolute sweetest human being!
