Chavez Gallery and Coffee Shop

Love, love this place! So we stopped in town because we are from Denver and wanted to get some chili pods. I saw a sign for snow cones and coffee. And we went inside and the man and his wife were incredibly kind. You get the best treatment from small shops. The best biscochitos in my opinion. I'm really picky about those cookies because my family came from New Mexico. Coffee, snow cones were fantastic. Such great service, great prices, and a cute shop! Highly recommend!

Heidi and Patricio were amazing and kind to me as I traveled through Chimayó. Their store is an oasis of warmth and beauty. I will always remember their hospitality. Their cat Gary is a sweet being. With gratitude, Nicolás
