Great courts for all skill levels of volleyball. My husband and I play on the Wednesday league with friends. It is an old semi truck yard that has turned into sand volleyball courts. There are 4 full sized regulation sand volleyball courts there. The best part is that the sand is always raked, sprayed and cleaned before our games start to there is no risk or worry about bare foot injury. The restrooms are clean and the owners are very kind! Great bang for your buck on a work league. You can also sign up to be a substitute or free agent on their website.

If you're looking for a place to play sand volleyball with a chill atmosphere, this is it! Cool people, awesome volleyball games, and now...beer!I've been playing at Charlie's Sandbox for a little over a year now, and have to say that I've met some pretty awesome people here. There are 6 sand courts indoor and 3 courts outside. League play is once a week during weekdays (co-ed 4s and 6s, beginners to advanced levels). For a 6s team, cost per person is about $112, which is kind of steep, but it's for 3 months worth of league play.Open tournaments are on Saturdays and Sundays (King of the Beach, Queen of the Beach, co-ed 4s and 6s). Just check the website to see what tourneys are coming up as well as start times (Charlie usually has a tourney every weekend).Charlie's Sandbox just opened their Sand Bar, which can make things more interesting. ;o) they also serve hot dogs, etc.If you're interested in sand volleyball, definitely check it out.

Been playing here 9 years now and I am still here if that says anything. He makes it worth your while because you are playing 2 games a night not just 1. You can play in 4's or 6's leagues, competitive, semi-comp, family, church, or beginners. The cost for league is $112 per player, but you have to understand you are playing 2 games per night not just 1, like so many other places offer at a cost of $56 per player. I figure if I am going to drive all that way I would rather play 2 games than 1...just sayin'. He offers tournaments every weekend, if you are a weekend warrior. The cost is usually $10 per player. On occasion there are fund raising tournaments which may cost more. I hope this was helpful.

This is my first season of sand volleyball here. It has about six indoor courts and some outside. There is a bar that has beer and wine also. Annnnnnd that's it. Literally. It's a cool place but not a restaurant or anything. The league is kind of expensive but I guess it's worth it for a good workout. I have a good time there. Check it out if you play sand volleyball. They have leagues and tournaments all week.
