Wasn't expecting the device that we received. We walked in to the small shop and there were whispers. I look unconventional with scars and such. We received top notch, very professional, exceptional service. They were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman there helped me fix a bad buy from another store. They started a fix of my fathers fly rod immediately with incredible knowledge I recommend this shop highly.

I made a two hour round trip to drop of a shotgun that wouldn't fire. Got a call a couple of weeks later that it was ready. Made the two hour round trip again, only to get it home and discover that it still would not fire. I'm done with them.
