My husband was on orders so he was not able to physically see properties with me so it was nice to have Charlene's genuine support through this process! I told Charlene more or less what we were looking for and she helped us paint our vision. We were first-time buyers and we happened to chose a triplex! This is where the fun began! Not only was buying an investment property completely new to us, it was also fairly new to Charlene too! I know this was not just a normal sale and I know for a fact we all had a memorable experience through this process!
