I'm super sad to write this because I absolutely loved Chandlers Jewelers & local! We have had several custom pieces made over the last few months including my sisters engagement ring (she loves!!) and they have an incredible original jeweler & craftsman. We were to have 6 custom pieces made with jewelry we already had starting in January. We were quoted $1100 for my wedding band and earrings and $800 for 4 mother-daughter rings. I decided to cancel my wedding band and earrings. We realized several weeks after pickup (today) that we were charged for all 6 pieces. No big deal I told my mom they are so kind and we go their so often they will look at it and credit us. I was also planning to get another piece made is why this came up. Melissa was incredibly rude and would not even have any of it. So strange to me! As a business owner you say sure bring it all in and let's double check we charged you correctly. We are definitely willing to pay whatever is appropriate, but 1k over is a lot to overpay. I am sure my pieces ($1100) were just not marked off when I called. People don't go here! You can be loyal to them but they won't be loyal back to customers who have brought a lot of recent work. (Picture is a text from my mom on January 24. I was waiting on a quote before I decided on the wedding band and earrings).

Wonderful experience! They helped me design my own wedding set and were very helpful throughout the entire process. The rings came out lovely and I'm very pleased. Very friendly people, I highly recommend them!

Replaced batteries in three watches. Courteous, professional, and provided same-day service even though they were very busy a couple of days before Christmas. This is a small family business that has been in the same location for decades.

Always great service whether just resizing a ring or doing a custom piece they are fast and know what they are doing.

have used Chandler for all my jewelry needs. They have always provided top notch customer service but today Chandler really went above and beyond. I am grateful and I impressed with their work ethic and commitment to customer service. My wedding ring was cutting off my circulation in my finger and becoming very uncomfortable. I messaged them on fb messenger in the evening and didn't expect a response until the next business day. Immediately they responded and offered to help me on a day they were closed. I went in and within minutes my ring was off. He even noticed a prong bent and fixed it on the spot. To say I am grateful is an understatement. Chandler jewelers not only provides superior jewelry services but provides amazing customer service that far outweighs any other jewelry store! Thank you!!!

My Dad's clock from his work had been not working for many years! My Dad passed away sone months ago. The clock means to me. Michael works there and agreed to get me a good deal by 20 dollars off. He fixed it good! The clock works great that really make me happy so it is useful!I really appreciate Michael's courtesy. Highly recommend everyone to go there if you need jewelry/clock repairs. Excellent service.
