Do not go to Don Chalmers Outlet. I bought a,use car at first they were very nice. Promised me a,lot. Once I signed the paperwork it all went down hill. They made me go back and forth several times because my car wasn't fixed. Made several promises to fix my car but it's still not fixed and it's been 3 weeks. Like I said they promise the world and give you nothing but headaches

Bought a new truck from Chalmers and they were extremely helpful. Treated me really well. We have 3 Ford trucks now. All serviced there and they take really good care of the vehicles. I've had other shops take advantage of me, but I'm always happy when I work with Chalmers. Honest and reliable.

I saw a pretty Rx8 I wanted to buy my 16 year old daughter there. The Salesman, Krys insisted it was a good car, low mileage for it's age and showed me a carfax that included some windshield visor replacements and another minor repair. I kept asking if the car had been checked out and what the weird noise it made was. He also insisted it was and that it was a different type of engine, a rotary so it sounds different. The finance manager, Jackie mentioned working for Mazda previously so I asked her about the Rotary engine. She said it was fine and just as good as a piston engine. 1,100 miles later this car died. I took it to Mazda service and they explained that rotary engines never make it to this mileage and this was the most unreliable car ever made. They also showed me a 'different' carfax than what Krys showed me, where the engine had been replaced 2twice already. I called Chalmers to speak to a sales manager - they gave me Michael who quickly took my name and number and said he'd look into it and call me back. Almost 2 weeks later and no word from Michael. So either, Krys and Jackie are very poor employees who know nothing about the cars they are selling, or they are lying, cheating scoundrels under a boss, Michael, who doesn't care. Either way, you can't trust this place!!!!Shame on me for not doing more research before I bought a car from Don Chalmers, Double shame on me for putting my trust in them to sell me a car for my daughter that was reliable. I WILL NEVER TRUST ANYTHING WITH THE NAME DON CHALMERS ON IT AGAIN!!!!

From the moment I walked in until I switched salesmen three times, they lied about checking my credit, what was included in the deal and treating me like an educated, ignorant woman. Ladies, do not go into this dealership without doing your homework and knowing exactly what you are signing. They WILL treat you like gold, like a wolf in a sheep's clothing, and try to pull the wool over eyes. I would have been a second time purchaser. Bad business tactics; deceitful and dirty.

Worst customer service ever!! They have had my car for a week now, not once has anyone called to give me an update on my car, I have had to call every day and given nothing but excuses. Today I was promised my car and once again they tell me tomorrow. I asked TRENT the person I've been dealing with what time tomorrow and all he says is by noon, I tell him, or rather yell at him that I need my car by 10 he proceeds to laugh and snicker at me. I hang up and call the General Manager and had to leave a message with no return call. And to top it off they want to charge me a $100 fee for diagnostic testing even though the reason my car was there was for a recalled part. The part has been on recall since last April and I'm told it's still not available. Worst mistake I ever made my trading in my Hyundai for a Ford. Nothing but problems the last two years!

I recently bought a car from Don Chalmers Ford. I have to say it was the best experience I've ever encountered. Troy Olsen was great. He was able to get me into a reliable vehicle for me and my family with a great rate and a great low payment. Their company also offers insurance through Allstate. We are very pleased with there customer service. And genuine personality of all their employees . they're not pushy and force you into a vehicle you feel pressured into buying. Highly recommend this company. If you're looking to buy a new vehicle Troy Olsen is your guy.

Unfortunately I went to Don Chalmers at 3130 Coors Blvd for an oil change. So this review is not about this particular location but I waited over 2 hours for a basic oil change and a so called tire rotation. I had my mother with me and she is not well, after I left I noticed my tire pressures were all messed up as my car will warn me that the Psi is low and needs to be checked, I didn't get my tires rotated I feel that they just said they rotated them because I noticed a marking on a tire that was on the front of my car prior to the service that was still on the front of my car after I left. They didn't put a milage sticker on my car so that I can know when my next oil change should be. I had to go back to get my tires aired up. What a waste of time, and what poor service. When you have to return to have them complete your service. I work in healthcare and I can't give 1/2 a blood transfusion. What ever happened to customer service. UGH I need a new place to get my oil changed. The only reason why I was a customer at this location is because I bought the car from Don Chalmers. I should just go to the Nissan Dealer ship.
