I first learned of this place because my parents bought a washing machine for a housewarming gift from here. 3 years later its still going strong. Naturally I ignored the bad reviews and came in when my dishwasher went out. I'll share with you my experience, and let you decide for yourself. On friday we buy the ge dishwasher, its on the top shelf and I dont look inside. We load it quickly and its in my truck before my wife finishes paying. I go to install it saturday morning. To my dismay there is quite a mess inside, debris, screws, washers, and a ton of scale mixed with the previous owners schmutz. I clean the filter basket, vacuum the machine dilligently and begin the install. Once complete, I use a descaling agent and run it, only it simply fills, heats up for a while, and drains. Never does it spin the bar. I wait until monday to be able to call for service as they are closed all weekend long. Monday rolls around and I call to find out my options, which are to pay 60$ for a tech, or to uninstall it and bring it back myself. Which I do. I drop the machine off at 11:30, and by 15:00 I'm called to come get it, the motor had been unplugged. I'm asked if I unplugged it, no I did not, it must have been overlooked on the install, just like a quick vacuum and test run seemed to have been. It comes with a warranty, which was honored, and I recieved same day service. For that I cannot complain. The 4 stars instead of 5 are for the conditions of the inside of the machine, the fact it was not ready to install, and the disgusting layers caked into the filter. The machine works, the price was fair, and the repair was free. Though I own a truck and this was possible for me, for someone less fortunate this situation would have been a 120$ nightmare to arrange in transportation of the equipment.

Joe Castillo is a major scam artist, do not go near this disgusting fraudster. I ordered a refrigerator on the phone and gave this creep my credit card. I cancelled the order the next morning, because I got my refrigerator working, the games this parasite uses are doesn't answer the phone and hangs up, do not under any circumstances go to him. My bank reversed the charges, I am reporting him to the New Mexico Attorney generals office

This place is a total rip-off. We purchased a used gas stove for use in our rental house. The oven did not work. And it was full of roaches which then escaped into the kitchen of the house. Bought in September, 2021. 6 month warranty. When I tried to return it to fix or get my money back, the owner refused to do anything about it. He even took my receipt and refused to give it back to me. I refused to leave until he honored his warranty so he had one of his assistants go get a gun. So I called the police. The owner, Joe Castillo, is a very slimy business owner. Tried to blame HIS bad appliances on us. Saying that the roaches came from the house. The house is sprayed regularly by a pest control service and we had NO roaches until this stove. DO NOT XCOME TO THIS PLACE. IT IS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND THEY WILL THREATEN YOU WITH A GUN IF YOU TRY TO ENFORCE THE WARRANTY!!!!

My tenant in Abq. needed a stove. I am in CA. I called and purchased a self-cleaning stove over the phone for my tenant. When it was delivered my tenant sent me a photo of the dirty oven, but it was too late to refuse because my tenant accepted it. I called Joe to complain and he said to call again next week. The next day gas had built up in the kitchen. I had to call my handyman to disconnect the stove and I had to purchase another. I called again for a refund and to take away the dirty broken stove. Joe refuses to pick it up and give me a refund. He also hung up on me and I was very civil on the phone. No reason to hang up on me. I have disputed the purchase with my bank. I will be suing for fraud.

Bought a dryer a week ago. Stopped working completely after a week. They advertise 6 mo warranty but charge $48 to come get it & $48 to bring it back. Don't waste your money. Scammers!! By the time they get done gouging you, you could have bought a new dryer with a "real" warranty. JOKE!!

I bought a dryer from them about 4 or 5 yrs ago and it just died! Thats a longtime for a used dryer I WOULD THINK!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Sold me a fridge with a "warranty". It stopped working, I paid them for pick up and delivery for the warranty repair. 2 weeks later the same problem occurred and I was told it was not covered. It was still under the time and the repair they did less than 2 weeks prior. TERRIBLE BUSINESSMAN! If you can scam them and get a great deal out fo it, do it. If not, find someone reputable. I will be contacting better business bureau and others about the horrible business practices here.

Never ever give this so called company your business. I purchased a stove that they said was "Repaired" it wasn't and is wasn't clean it was full of dead bugs. I tried to call them back about the problems I was having and I never got any help . Buyer beware this place sucks

SCAM ALERT!!!!! We had requested service for a washing machine and they had us prepay $65. They didn't show up and when we called they said they couldn't find our house. Mind you, we live 1/2 mile from them with a well-marked address on a busy street and no one has ever had an issue finding our house. We asked to cancel the service call since they could not find the house and for a refund. They said they don't do refunds, hung up on us, and will not answer the phone when we call now.

Sold my daughter a dryer with a 90 day guarantee. Delivered it and did not give her a receipt. The dryer quit and he would not honor his warranty. Said she had to bring it in or $90 and he would come out. She is disabled and in no way can get the dryer to him and certainly can't afford to pay him just to come look. I would like to give this uncaring humanoid a - 5. Will settle for lowest number. I don't like giving neg reviews but this one is deserved.
