Accommodated a last minute whole house carpet cleaning within 24hrs and at a very reasonable rate. Service tech was as friendly/professional as the owner. Wish I'd found them sooner. Exceedingly pleased. Thanks Danny/Ray!

Celestials cleaning is great. I've used them twice and have referred them to friends who have also been very satisfied with them. Their prices are very fair and competitive. They respond very quickly and communication leading up to, during, and after the service is great. I will definitely continue to use and refer this company.

Please save your money and go elsewhere for cleaning services. The owner is beyond rude and that is even before the work was done. If he can't even be civil over the phone because he's "busy" then you can't expect quality work. Those "100+" five star reviews can't be real.

Contacted this business explaining I needed two cleanings before an important event. Ray failed to put me on his calendar for the second one, and when I called to schedule again he said he was too busy and hung up on me. Very rude and insensitive given there was a death in my family and a celebration of life was the important event, my place wasn't disgusting, and I tipped the workers (who he is likely not even giving half of what he charges). Look elsewhere for cleaners is my recommendation. *edit after Ray's response. Ray is a hothead with a faulty memory. Or he's simply a liar. Frankly, my experience has been that people who tout "Jesus" or "Christ" like he does in his advertisement (which unfortunately I failed to read carefully before reaching out to him in the first place) are the least Christ-like people around. I called and reminded him who I was, asked for next Wednesday, and he said sorry we are unavailable and hung up on me. After I posted this review he texted me with a name of a cleaner, which I doubt he would have done had I not posted this honest review of his insensitive, incompetent service. He knew I was a grieving widow, I told him at the onset I needed two cleanings before June 12, and now I'm in a worse position because one of the tasks I thought I had taken care of has been added back to my list of tasks. I wish I'd never called him. Clearly the free work he's doing for someone in need has stressed him out so badly that he can't even be civil, much less provide the services you think you've already lined him up for. And then he lies about it to save face instead of manning up to his errors. Has a bad temper. Avoid. **edit after finding another cleaning service**. I've booked another cleaning service and it will be $135 cheaper than what I paid Celestial cleaning for their service. So, keep shopping, folks, and save yourself not only the heartache but some money by avoiding this business. ** edit next day**. He began harassing me at 6:21 am today. I hope he stops. I regret ever contacting this business. Please learn from my mistake.

The service was great as were the results. Very professional! I had urine stains and odor and they treated it before cleaning the carpet. The stains and odor are gone. I work nights and they were great about working around my schedule. I will definitely call them for the next time!!
