Caveman Burgers & Tacos

First time trying this place. I remember a little before covid hearing about this place. It's rare I find myself on this side of town. Ironically I was this time around. I figured ah what the heck let's do it!Walking in the place has a very nice vibe. Kind of reminds me of a classy mexican restaurant. They have a full bar. Looking at the menu it was tough to decide what I wanted. It all sounded so good. I settled with the Double Burger and the Steak Tacos. The burger was a lot bigger than I expected. I started with the Tacos figuring worse case scenario the burger I could salvage it as leftovers. The tacos came with grilled onions, lime, and cilantro. I took that first bite and I was instantly hooked!Soon after I moved in on the burger. This thing was an absolute beast. I almost felt intimidated seeing the double patties piled on top of the lettuce, the tomatoes, the onion, the pineapple, and the ham. I took that first bite. The meat was perfectly juicy. The mix of flavors was a symphony of deliciousness. Did I mention they offer a lovely variety of agua refrescas to wash it all down?Overall it was a really great experience. The staff was very friendly. The food was so good I almost slipped into a food coma by the time I finished it all. Yes you read that right. I ate it all! I know, I know but omg it was so good! Totally worth it! I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area!

Came to caveman burgers for lunch. It was our first time. We had heard great things about it. My husband ordered the double burger combo meal and I ordered the Rangers veggie burger with house fries. The burger was well seasoned very flavorful. The fries were very hot and crispy just like we like. I really liked the addition of the pineapple on the burger. It is out of the way for us but we will be back.

Food was okay, no tacos just burgers really but that's fine. Somewhat rundown place I would t go out of my way for.

Have to say my family had their doubts about eating here but I stood my ground. The burger flavor was amazing and you could taste each bite and ingredient as well. We all ordered the burgers and have to say they are in my top 3 in Albuquerque. We also ordered the Barbacoa tacos and those were also magnificent as well. The atmosphere is very comfortable and nicely decorated. I wish I would have taken a picture but we were so eager to tear into the food. We are usually picky about the type of meat and flavor, did not disappoint. The service was very good. We will definitely be coming back very soon. There is also a bar hooked up to the burger joint as well. So if your interested in a cold brew you will. It be disappointed.

This place has BURGERS! the burger is the biggest I have had in my life. The service is the best I have seen yet! The ambiance is lacking tho its not that nice but its not the worst also the tacos are some of the best I've had

Really bad flavor mixing in the caveman burger the biggest one was a mix of weird meats like chorizo and hotdogs and for a burger hardly any ground beef it was gross and extremely expensive for a huge no flavor burger sorry they got no seasoning and nothing good I can say about them for over 20 bucks it should be delicious. What a waste of money. Don't go you will regret it. Go to fuddruckers it cheaper and 100% better!!!!

8/2022: Delicious huge burger, friendly staff, empty around 4p so got to enjoy the burger in peace. Will absolutely back!

Went for the first time last night. The burger was great! I did like the menu. Loved the paintings on the wall and the rough style of furniture. I wish it were in a different and closer part of town. It was an excursion for us.
