Historic hotel located next to a park and right in Old Town Albuquerque. We stayed in the O'Keefe Casa which was newly renovated and very nice. We were close to the hot tubs and had a small private patio. Luanne at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Made to order entrees. We sat by a lively fire listening to calming music while we ate. Now for the hot tub....wow! What a beautiful zen experience. The fire pots and calming sounds of running water mixed with the heat of the hot tub lent to a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice to have a 1920/30 style room in New Mexican decorations. This used to be an art colony. Has 17 rooms. 2 big hottubs in the courtyard. At night, they have firepits by them. Very nice to go in. We did 1 morning and hung out at night. Very nice thick towels by the hottub. The breafast had a few items to order from the menu. It is included. Nice fireplace in small restaurant in clubhouse/checkin. It is included. You also had basic continental items included. Lots of flowing water and colorful sculptures in garden. They do weddings here. Different views during the day. Lit up at night.Staff gave us a tour upon arrival. Mostly street parking. Our room had a queen sized bed, small bathroom, closet, kitchen, and living room. Beats hotel room. Gas range and fridge and krups.

You'll find lots of New Mexico character in this collection of casitas. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, a pleasant walk from various attractions. We stayed in the Manzano hot tub suite in November 2023. Think funky, not luxury. If you visit in the winter, the wood-burning fireplaces are a cozy perk. Housekeeping will make up your fire every day, so all you have to do is light it. Our private hot tub was clean, and the brand new outdoor spa area is gorgeous. (That part IS luxury.)Our chilly stay let us know that the insulation could be better, especially in the bathroom, but the thick bedding made us very comfortable at night. There are lots of imperfections in the edges of the historic buildings -- nothing that we would get fussy about. The hot water in the sink and shower takes a long time. No tv in the bedroom area.Breakfast was charming, with adequate continental choices and quick, friendly service on hot food to order. Don't come primarily for the food, but do expect to enjoy it.We would definitely stay here again.

Two and a half stars - Casas De Suenos is advertised as a three star destination, we disagree with that descriptive (please see photos). Casas De Suenos is historic and it certainly has some charming characteristics but if you're looking for anything sleek with modern conveniences, you may want to look elsewhere. The good - The staff is most definitely top-notch. Location was perfection. We were served a "cook to order" breakfast, which was hearty and delicious. We stayed in the Willis room....We adored the wood burning fireplace. The rest of the story - the room felt a little bit cramped - it contained a king size bed, side chair, a weird metal table with two stools, a small counter, fridge small sink and microwave. There were two skylights, one in the ceiling in the sleeping area, the other skylight in the bathroom. It was lovely gazing at the moon but not so lovely having ambient light while trying to sleep. There were two (unused) connecting doors, a decent sized walk-in closet. The room also contained a linen closet and a bizarre little cubby in the bathroom. The bathroom was eclectic - large glass cube nightlight in the wall near the ceiling. A pedestal sink, commode, corner shower - all done in fashionable 1970's glistening black. Now, the bathroom would have been so much better if it had an area to place you toiletries - unfortunately it did not. The provided amenities were unusual! The provided soap was likened to a pumice stone (as much as I like exfoliating) it left much to be desired and fell apart as we used it. We were unable to modulate the temperature in our room, once the fire went out.The bed was okay, linens were decent, towels were nice.We had an updated room - per requested.

We had a really scary experience here. I called the front desk to ask for a little more wood, and somehow we got connected with.. someone. We are a quiet and polite couple, and I have many thousands of points at Choice Hotels.I was told by the staff, and this is an exact verbatim quote: "I'm coming to get you, mother******." Needless to say, we fled and are at another motel.I'm not one to slag the staff, and I stay maybe fifty nights a year in choice hotels, but this was pretty scary. A very angry man told us he was "coming for you in five minutes." We cleared out as asked, but it was one of the scarier experiences of recent memory. I won't be calling the police or even complaining to the owners (I do a lot of business with them and will continue to) But this is the singular worst hotel experience of my life. We had to literally pack up and go, as we were asked to. Embassy Suites has similar pricing and is close by.Although I'm not interested pursuing this further, we got a raw deal here. If you are still reading, the room was cozy and pleasant, the desk staff, Radiance was efficient and nice. The breakfast is made to order, mostly - better than other Choice hotels.

Wonderful find that's within walking distance to Old Town! My husband and I were in Albuquerque recently to visit family, and I thought it would be fun to stay near Old Town. This is the cutest, most charming, Inn! Our room (Casita) had a kitchen and living room, in addition to the bedroom and bath, and a private patio. The grounds are also beautiful. We were told that the hotel used to be an artist community. They also provide a hot breakfast in the morning - delicious. We also loved that we were able to walk to historic Old Town (so much fun) and not have to deal with parking. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed at this inn for a wedding and while the wedding and marriage was beautiful, the inn fell short of really being a full 5 stars. The woman in charge was unhelpful. She wouldn't lift a finger to help with anything but called herself the wedding planner. She wouldn't even cut the cake and pass it out, she wouldn't even allow any of her employees help us even though two house cleaners offered to assist us. The cleaning crew are the only kind people willing to help in that place. This place gets three starts for their cleaning crew alone. The front desk was always rude. And the food for breakfast was unimpressive. For the price of the wedding I expected much much more. Such a disappointment. I do not recommend having a wedding here. It will not be a stress free wedding. And if you stay at the inn make sure to get the only remodeled room.

Ghosted us after our wedding event was cancelled due to Covid shut downs in 2020. Refuse to refund over $3,000 they are contractually obligated to, even after being contacted by our attorney. Unethical business practice. I would not recommend doing business with these folks. They also operate under Genesis Worldwide Resorts, LLC.

A delightful, historic find in olde town Albuquerque. We didn't know what we didn't know but now we do and this bed & breakfast is a charming delight with a mom'n'pop feel. It's a bit worn around the edges, but overall you get a clear sense of it's artsy, historic past. I can see the likes of Frida and her beloved, Diego, kibitzing about amongst their contemporaries. Ahhhhh, if these walls could talk. And, honestly, I got the sense that some from the past, pranksters, if you will, are still hanging about. In the evening hours, there's a mystery about the place that lends itself to a film-noir feel. We loved it. Breakfast was Okedy-day, likely their breakfast burrito is slammin'
