Outstanding service--prompt and very friendly. I had the chile rellenos with green chili (you could order green, red, or Christmas) and they were outstanding--delicious, not overly battered and very cheesy. The manager or owner was going table to table talking with locals, which is always a great sign.

I don't have the words. Food was nasty, food was not fresh.i can't believe i payed for this.I felt like I was being watched, overly aggressive waiters. Just no. And it's smells musty as heck. Do not come here.

Really great food and service; our server Crystal was so friendly and attentive, she knows what's good too so ask her. My wife had the steak fajitas which were tender and tasty, I had a ribeye which was delicious. Not the most tender steak ever but cooked perfectly, well seasoned and just what the doctor ordered. I'd get it again for sure.The iced tea was great. The chips and chili type salsa were quite good too. Their salsa sort of sneaks up on you; I loved it!

**OPEN 2-9 /CLOSED TUE & WED**Nice customer service Festive decor and music CEASAR SALAD:The Ceasar salad was ok, tasted way better with the lemon and added saltVALDEZ SMOKED COMBINATION:The brisket and ribs were good (Had the original sauce) the chicken was not that good but I never get chicken at a BBQ place, *unfortunately, no substitutions allowed)SIDES:baked potato(nice) and corn(not that great)*CHIPS AND SALSA (not complimentary)Nice warm chips I didn't like the salsa. I'm going to give it another chance, I just need to find the right things to order.

Many better places to eat in Taos. Only one tortilla with meal. Tortilla chips appeared to be from a bag. Food so so.

The nachos were dynamite!!! Bbq was ok, steak and enchilada was very tasty ! We'll be back!

Don't go to this restaurant unless you want to be nickled and dimed to death. My wife and I ordered the beef fajitas, but I wanted chicken and so for $7.00 they added chicken. Fair enough. They gave us one tortilla between the two of us. That was it. I asked the waitress-can I have a tortilla too?Sure she said and then charged me for it-only $1.00-but why? 2 cents worth of flour to make it. In all my decades of eating fajitas I've never received just one tortilla, and never been charged if I needed one more.The salsa and chips-$7.00-most Mexican restaurants provide them complimentary.The $10 house margarita I'm sure was a mix and I couldn't taste any tequila. Then we were charged $2.00 because we used a credit card. This restaurant has got to do better if they are going to retain customers.

Everything...and I mean everything is delicious! I like dining in the bar because Orlando, the owner works the bar and you get your food fast.My favorite is the beef brisket and then the ribs.

The food took an hour and half to be served. The service was terrible. The waiter kept making excuses on why the for was not ready. Our appetizers were 30 minutes late. It ruined our entire evening and we will not go back to eat there again. I am recommending the same for the peoples in Taos.And the next day I call to speak with the manager. The conversation was like my first reviews "Pitiful". The Manger started off acting like he did not understand me. Again all these Idiotic Excuses on his staff and kitchen. And he could not wrap his head around the the fact took over an Hour and a Half to get the food out. I told him I saw walking around like a chicken with his head cut off just like the servers. He did go up and speak to the only table where the Taos Police were sitting. They too sat there for an hour waiting, one of the officers actually got up and left. They "F Up" my last dinner with my son who was leaving for Naval Bootcamp. His answer to all of this was to offer me a drink. He had no scope of the Negative Impact.As a Native Person we were disrespected. Maybe that was the Problem. I want the Manager to know that there will be some very Serious Spiritual Consequences for all involved. Mark my Words.Also one last thing all the People that I saw were Dissatisfied and wish me good luck getting my food.

It was good but our check was $52 Dollers and we have them $60 and they didn't not have change? Our change back was supposed to be $7 and they said they didn't have that?
