Very clean and sanitized office during the pandemic, the staff adheres to COVID-19 guidelines. Dr. Carpenter is very good at his job. I pinched a nerve in my back and the pain kept me up at night. Be sure to call for updates hours of operation. He uses a variety of techniques to manipulate the spine and muscles. After my evaluation he released some tension in my back then made adjustments. A staff member attached the TENS unit for ten minutes and I was able to stand with much less pain. It will take some time to reduce the inflammation and some follow up care the resolve the issue. But I am very happy with the results. I've had chiropractic care since childhood when I needed orthotics and corrective shoes due to scoliosis. I been to a variety of chiropractors, quacks to miracle workers. Dr. Carpenter offers professional compassionate care with a background in Physical Therapy.Reducing to 4 stars as they do not return calls for an appointment in any timely manner. I don't know what's going on with the office. But it's not getting my poor back any better.

A good adjustment just makes me feel light as a feather. It's amazing how terrible we are to our bodies. Hunching, twisting, bending... you name it. I was referred to Dr. Carpenter after my husband started going here. I had just had surgery a month prior and the physical therapy was getting real. The appointment process is easy. Online or on the phone. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and modern. Dr. Carpenter is a talented chiropractor. Adjusted my hips and shoulders and even my neck. I don't normally allow the neck, but he was very gentle and I didn't feel like I was about to be decapitated. Dr. Carpenter is in my companies preferred network so the cost was low and even more so once I hit my deductible. Highly recommended.

I had a nerve pinched on the side of my neck for 2 days and was in so much pain. I searched yelp and found Dr. Carpenter. I'm so glad that I went to him. My pain went away the next day like nothing ever happened. He was really friendly too. Will definitely recommended him to family and friends.

I was in a bad way, woke up and the back wouldn't work, waaaay out of alignment. If you are searching Chiropractors you know. I called Carpenter Chiropractic after a Yelp search and they scheduled me in an hour later. I hobbled my ass in and after a thorough wringing by Dr. Carpenter I could walk and stand upright! A HUGE thank you to he and his staff, HIGHLY recommended.

I can't say better things about this place. I was in from out of town on a family emergency, supposed to go to the chiro back in Texas, but emergency called and I had to get here. I was in a lot of pain so this was the first place i reached out to when j got here. First, Paula, the receptionist is the sweetest person ever. You walk into this place and you immediately feel welcomed. She got me the first open appointment she had. She was with me every step of the process and made me super comfortable. Secondly, Dr. Carpenter was the BEST. He has awesome bedside manners and used the best technique and pressure to help me with my back/shoulder issues. After two times, i went from crying in back to being able to breathe again. I'm really appreciative of these two. This place was awesome and i HIGHLY recommend.

I was way out of normal and knew I needed an adjustment. After the first treatment, I felt 100 percent better than I did when I went in. Dr Carpenter is excellent and Paula matches his excellence. I am so very happy I found this practice. Excellent service.

Our first visit was great, greeted with a smile. My husband and I did receive excellent treatment and longer lasting results from our chiropractic adjustment. We definitely were impressed and confident with our first visit and will be returning.

Dr. Carpenter does a great job. He's a good listener and knows how to manipulate and adjust the body to make you feel better. I recommend him!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. When you walk in the staff is so friendly and helpful, got me in right away.I've been to numerous chiropractors and this Dr is the best I've been treated by. He is very thorough and really wants to treat you. I'm very glad I found Carpenter Chiropractic, and I highly recommend them.
