Ordered off of DoorDash with a craving for a burger, most disgusting burger ever, it's like y'all don't know how to make burgers I've seen a lot of bad reviews of Carl's Jr but wanted to try it for myself and a big waste of money the burger didn't even stay together it tasted like I was eating a chili cheese dog that was gross I wanted a burger not a half assed chili cheese dog no wonder y'all have shitty food and bad attitudes y'all don't wanna be there this place needs to be shut down

We head to the drive through at Carl's Jr. when we are in Los Lunas, NM. My husband loves the charred taste of the burgers which he says are much better than McDonalds. I usually opt for chicken of some type which is also better than the before mentioned place. Special orders don't upset them but you might have to pull into one of the assigned parking spaces to wait until they bring out your food. Try it...you'll like it.

The slowest fast food restaurant in los lunas. 2 kids meals and we have to pull forward and wait 20 minutes for them. This isnt the first time either. There go to semms to be the whole "pull forward" and wait policy.

Went to drive thru, for two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Paid and was told to pull forward with NO ONE else in the drive thru! Was told it would be a few minutes. After 3 or 4 minutes, the lady walked out with the food in a bag, we left, drove home...to the neighborhood across the street. Biscuits were stale and crumbling apart, eggs, bacon and cheese was lukewarm. I would not do business here again... terrible and almost $9 for biscuits that broke apart and were crunchy.

This location is always slow for no reason even if it's just three cars in the drive thru. You might as well walk in seems faster than the drive thru. Make sure to check your order before you pay and before you leave because they will give you someone else's order. Made the mistake of not checking my order and I got the wrong burger and I already got back on the road.

I went through the drive-through on Friday, Feb 19th 2021 at 930 am andthere was horrible customer service by the cashier. Canceled my order because of her attitude.I wished to pay for the vehicle behind me and when I approached the window she gave me a total for my single order. I reiterated that I wished to pay for the vehicle behind me. She became Irate and rudely told me can't you just make two separate transactions. I decided I did not wish to eat at this establishment and told her to cancel my order and advised the driver behind me of our conversation. They too did not decide to eat here. In return, they advised the car behind them what I went through and it was a chain reaction to leave the establishment and go elsewhere.It was obvious that her convenience/incompetence was more important than her customers. We were very disappointed and would give ZERO stars if there was an option to do it. I enjoy eating Carls Jr burgers but will never again visit this Los Lunas New Mexico location.I had called this number (505) 865-5581 numerous times to speak with the manager before writing this review. I could not get a hold of anyone and kept getting a fax signal but this is the phone number published and not a fax number?I was so disturbed by this transaction that I went through the process of creating my first yelp account and posting a review on how horrible my experience was so no other customer would have to go through this.

So I've been driving a bus for 27 years. Bringing 25+ athletes to Los Lunas. Every where we go they comp the driver even "Panda Express" Today I was told "I don't do that" a shift boss. Not even a manager. There is so many GOOD places to eat in Los Lunas. Staff should be a little nicer. I'll start taking everyone to Panda, Wendy's end Burger King. Just saying. All I wanted was a coke and fries. But Carl's might go under if they give away a bag of fries.

Inconsistent quality, burgers overcooked, food looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, overpriced, 'medium' meal is huge fries & drink so they can bump the price up but no choice if you don't want so much. $12 for avocado thickburger meal today was a waste of money to me. There wasn't even a teaspoon of avocado and it was spread only on one side of the burger, the bacon was stacked on the other side like they'd thrown it together. Very disappointing, S L O W E S T drive in that's about the only consistent thing over 2 years that I've stopped maybe half dozen times, couldn't even call to complain to manager because phone is set to FAX. so calling corporate. thanks Carl's for reminding me not to bother stopping here even if you are the most convenient place on my way.
