In the 80s this was a very useful concept. Sadly, the business model, and the facility, have not been updated for decades.Present management is little more than a babysitter with no motivation to update the facility or the services.

The person with the negative review must just be unhappy and bitter..... If you expect perfection, you'll always be disappointed. I've rented here for many years and the owners couldn't have been nicer to me. They go out of their way to help us in any way they can. I strongly recommend Carlisle Executive Offices

How clean it is: There are cockroaches, spiders, and crickets running around the office constantly, and one of the bad parts about it is that there are crickets constantly cricketing inside the wall, and you can do nothing about it. If they're not dead lying on the floor, then they're dying while on the floor. The owner sprays some chemical constantly and it smells horrible, and as said, there are dead bugs all over, it does not look good when a client walks in..Internet: The internet is very important for most people with businesses for obvious reasons, such as posting advertisements, keeping up with competition, etc. It's unreliable, the internet is just plain horrible. Most of the time I can't even connect to the network and if I do, for the most part it takes ages to load a single page, most of the time I'm sitting here waiting for a single page to load in the span of 60 seconds, and even then it doesn't properly load.Calling: Yeah, calling. You wouldn't expect anyone to cover a subject of calling on a phone but it's an issue here. It's something about the building but whenever in it I can't make a phone call, I have to go outside and answer phone calls for the business, and it's quite frustrating when you have to go back and forth constantly calling back people because something in the building is screwing with the phone (note, my Phone is on 4G when outside) but when I am inside it goes to almost zero bars. Because of this we have to use Skype to answer calls, and even then due to the horrible internet it doesn't work well.Finding the place: So yeah, the landlord had the ingenious idea of putting the office building's number to the SIDE of the building, you can barely see the number because it's so small, because of it many of our clients have trouble finding the place.Lights in the building; The genius landlord decided to put garden lights in as lights, yep, you read that right, GARDEN lights. It looks so ridiculous that it's embarrasing. After 7 PM he turns all the lights off except the small ones, and clients are freaked out to even enter the place, I don't blame them, it doesn't look safe with almost all the lights off.Air Conditioner: This is very important for business when it's cold or hot, right now it's the winter so we need the office to be warm, apparently the landlord thinks the opposite. After 6 PM on weekdays he will turn the AC off so it will not run at all and after that time, as of right now (Winter time) it is cold and it is not professional. Due to this we use our own heaters which is a joke. As for the Weekend he turns it off completely.Privacy: There is none, it's non-existent here. The walls are like paper, you can hear everything through them so you never have privacy.Coming in. After 6 PM on weekdays he locks the door, and on weekends the place is locked, and after 6 PM time it's pretty dark, when you come in there are sliding glass doors that open, then there is another set of doors, you have to have a card to get in or have someone open it for you from the other side, there is a door bell to the right but you can barely even see it, I myself didn't notice it until a month later someone told me, it's so dark and there is no lighting after the sliding glass door that the clients can't even see it. We have a lot of walk-in clients, and due to this we lose on average 6 clients a day, which is around $700 for us. That's $3,500 a week (we work 5 days a week), that's $14,000 a month, that's $160,000 LOST a YEAR.The landlord himself is crazy, after 2 months of staying he unlocked the front door to our office and walked in screaming "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THIS OFFICE, RIGHT NOW." Some other people wanted the office space we were in so just because of that he wanted to throw us out despite having other suites available, but everyone is given a month's notice to leave the office but he didn't care, said it didn't matter even if it did end up being taken to court, but we fought back and didn't have to leave.Lastly the cleaning crew. First week we were in we figured we'd let them clean the place after we're closed. Next morning when we come in the door is wide open and some valuables were stolen, I have no doubt that they stole it, reason being is because another person on his first week complained about having his stuff stolen as well with the cleaning crew, we didn't even get an apology from them, just a "oh, that happened?". The cleaning crew has access to every suite in the building, so if they want something, or have something against you, I've no doubt it'll be missing in the morning. The cleaning crew is not on a schedule, they come in any time they like from 5 pm-11 pm and are extremely loud when cleaning, it just makes us look very bad. This place is horrible, don't rent here.
