Bought a bullfrog spa. Delivered when promised they set it up perfectly and assembled the cover lifter. They have been amazing with customer service. The selection and value was nice . I recommend this store if you are looking for a high quality spa for a decent price and great service.

I bought an Endless Pool from this company four years ago. After reading the one other review, decided to tell my story. I think water is sometimes hard to balance, especially here in New Mexico where hard water is the problem. I went through a couple of brands of chemicals, but ended up just using chlorine in a dispenser and it has solved almost all of my water problems. Luckily I had this pool before and during the worst of Covid. I use it still, almost daily, and without it, life would have been so difficult. I have some health problems and it has made a world of difference for me. The staff at Carefree have been patient and wonderful to work with and I absolutely love my Endless Pool.

On Christmas Eve 2020,my husband and I purchased a Bull Frog Hot Tub from Carefree. We paid for the extra special model. It was delivered Feb 1, 2021. We immediately noticed that it was very, very loud. I soon also noticed that I could not balance the water. The tub came with some fancy, expensive cartridge thing. It was always out of balance. I contacted the store several times. The man that runs it was always very pleasant, but really not helpful at all. After several weeks of headaches with the chemicals, I went to Leslie's and had the water tested. It was 60% out of whack. I went to Carefree with the readout as proof. He comments that Leslies is pretty good. I was given products to change to bromine. Now for the noise. Carefree suggest I call Hector. I'm thinking Hector works for them. I "call Hector". I tell him my problem, I never hear back. Back to Carefree as I think he works for them, still no idea what is causing noise. I write email to the company. It's now April 28, 2021. They respond that the tub is under warranty and I need to have Carefree send out a repair person. Now we bought this tub because we were told over and over about the great warranty it has. Husband went into Carefree where we learn Hector is his own company and we would have to pay him the mileage to travel 150 miles round trip to find out the problem. Hector will call us. Never does. Now, I am really mad. I get the email with the possible solutions to the noise. I open the tub and go to number 1 on the email. Remove the bolt that should have been removed upon delivery. It had a large red tag indicating this. Failure to remove bolt causes vibration and loud noise. So, I removed the bolt. It's quiet!! It is now May 7th. While my husband was in Carefree asking about the noise, the gentleman and he spoke about the chemicals finally being balanced. The man tells my husband that they have this problem in another community and have to use bromine as well. Up until this point he had never, ever, mentioned that their high priced chemicals had issues. The way he always responded left me feeling like I was doing something wrong and that is why they were not working.That is the saga of how I became my own customer service!I think that Carefree sells good tubs. Their product is not the problem. The customer service is super polite, they just don't do anything about problems with their product. Save yourself the headaches.
