Not take advantage of their tenants! Transparency that units have bedbugs & roaches. Not penalize tenants for moving out with 3 months of rent when tenants would stay if units weren't infested with bugs!

Entire complex is covered in dog poop and trash. Units do not have a second deadbolt that locks from the inside, a serious safety concern. No gate to enter the property, and one month into living here my car has been vandalized. I've never payed out of a lease before but there's a first time for everything. It really can not be understated the horrible situation that Greystar has created for renters in Albuquerque, and their corner-cutting and general disregard for the safety and well-being of their residents is apparent here.

Janessa was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process! She made everything so easy and answered all my questions. I can't wait to move into this wonderful community and make it my new home!

This is an amazing place to live, quiet, clean and the management team is phenomenal. The homes are very well kept and maintained, the neighborhood is great.

Don't move here if you want to sleep at night. Tenants that play loud obnoxious music are not removed. Ear plugs are required.
