I've never had to board my dogs before so I was very worried about sending my dogs here. We took them for doggie daycare first to see how they would do and when we picked them up they were totally happy - and exhausted! It was great because usually they are bothering us to go outside and play so we enjoyed the peace! I was especially worried about my little dog because he doesn't really like strangers but he did fine. We then boarded our dogs for 2 nights and 3 days in one of their fancy casitas. We received daily photos of the dogs and they seemed to be having a great time. When we picked them up they were happy to see us and totally fine. No injuries, not scared, not dirty or stinky - so I was very relieved! We took them one more time for doggie daycare and they were VERY excited to go back - which is a good sign because if they hated it, they wouldn't be running to get in the place! So all in all, I would definitely bring them back !

Absolute, worst experience ever! I'm not sure if I should be more sad or mad! My dog is an English bulldog and she is three years old and this was her first boarding experience, and I have to say that it will be her last! She is house-trained- Hence, she will not go to the bathroom inside, I called after her first day of being there to check on her and they told me she had not had a bowel movement or urinated. I asked if they had let her outside and they said no! I told them it was inhumane for an animal to go 24 hours without going to the restroom and they needed to take her outside. I was informed I needed to pay an additional $15 a day for a "play package" for her to go outside. Of course we agreed to pay for that right away because we did not want her to suffer. I called again to check on her well-being and was told everything was going fine, so I went ahead and paid the quote online via their app with the amount that was stated. Upon my arrival to pick her up I was told I needed to pay an additional $111. I had already paid $152 of which my invoice showed a zero balance. I asked to speak with a manager and she was less than helpful. I have screenshots of my initial payment receipt showing I had a zero balance. When I got home they changed the fees on the app to reflect a new balance. I'm not only upset about the care she was given, but I paid almost double the price quoted to me in the estimate, We will never take her back to Canine country club!

I've been taking my dogs here off and on for years. They love going to doggy day care, boarding, and I have gotten them in for grooming as well. The prices are higher for grooming, but I like that they don't want to instill fear in pets like when my dog refused to get his nails trimmed. I think he's got PTSD from when I did it a year ago and got his quik pretty badly. He hasn't let anyone cut his nails since! They are also great with my special needs dog. I have a deaf, mostly blind dog, whom is allergic to beef, chicken, grain, potatoes, and seasonal allergens, who has a lame leg he drags from being hit by a car, hernia repair, and hemorrhoids. He is always happy to go here which says a lot to me. I worry so much about leaving a dog like him anywhere, especially because he is a pit mix. Many places wouldn't consider touching him, but he always gets great report cards and is happy and exhausted when I come to get him. I've had 4 dogs go here over the years and would continue to recommend them. It puts my mind at ease that they have a staff person sleep there at night. It might be more expensive, but sometimes you have to pay the price for your furbabies.

I normally don't post reviews, but after picking up my dog from Canine Country Club I sort of felt the need to warn other pet owners. While the staff were all friendly and the facility seemed nice enough, when I picked up my dog I was shocked and saddened by her condition. The poor dog was literally covered in dried urine on her legs, belly, ears, snout, etc. I understand that accidents happen (especially with dogs) but it looks to me like she was made to live like this for several days.I trusted this place to take care of my dog while I was away and they failed miserably. This place is either neglectful or cruel to animals, and it goes without saying that I highly recommend against it.

I brought my dogs for haircuts expecting a teddy bear cut like my previous groomer did, and they came out looking like patchy Shitzus. they have bald spots and have weird angles. I did leave 4 stars because the general manager was able to refund me for my total haircuts. He was super helpful and worked hard to make things right for me. I did leave out 2 star for the hair cut.

Dropped in today for cat grooming. She was happy, which was most important to me! Staff was beyond pleasant and accommodating, even letting me poke into the back areas. The Executive Director even took the time to visit with my cat. I love this place!

We are very pleased with the Westside Canine County Club. The staff is all friendly, smiles, and animal loving. If not, they sure know how to look like they are animal lovers!I did have one problem, however. Otherwise I would have rated a 5. Our dog spent 11 days at the facility. We got the extra trees, and the daily picture. That was all fine. We could barely afford the boarding, but that's alright. we wanted our dog well taken care of in a facility that requires documentation of all the various shots. The problem arose when I picked up my dog, and the point of sale system. without thinking I defaulted to the highest tip selection. Admittedly it was my fault. I meant to tip a different amount. I tried to go back a screen to enter a custom tip. I am the front desk person there at the time could not figure out how to back out of the screen. The CCC employee, trying to be helpful, unplugged the unit thinking this would cancel whatever transaction was on the screen. She then charged me the bill with the amount I meant to tip originally. In short, I was billed twice. Once for the larger amount, and teh second time for the amount I meant to input.When I checked my bank balance and saw the double charge, and that I was in a negative balance, I called CCC to have them reverse one of the charges. They could not do that. I was told they could only cut me a check after investigating the situation. That was where things went uncomfortable for me. I'm out over twice the original bill, and I would be told by an employee someone would call me back... but they didn't call back. So, I'd call back. I'm sure at some point they were tired of hearing from me. The last time I called (I hadn't heard back again as I'd been told), the nice young woman said they had sent me a check. It worked out in the end. And, everyone I spoke with was polite and courteous. But, it was a bit nerve wracking being overdrawn at the bank and wondering if the issue was going to get resolved. It would be a good idea for management of CCC to inform employees that disconnecting the POS system doesn't cancel the transaction. That will prevent this kind of mishap from happening again. And, it would help if the POS system could go back to a prior screen from the one just before hitting the pay button. But, we will use CCC again. It is a quality place to board our dog. He was happy, and I am confident well taken care of. Thanks to all the staff at CCC

Hi,Your staff yelled at me in the lobby, so thats fun!! Also you would not fix my dogs haircut, or take a call from my lawyer about the how bad the cut was. Yes, I hired a lawyer because the cut was so bad! Please beware!! You did also hang up on me.

Go to Petco for grooming and you can watch them do it. You won't have to wonder what happened later and then pay the vet on top of the grooming fee. No refunds here.
