Candlelight Square

We have had a work order in since last Friday, no updates. It is currently 9:25pm and 92 degrees inside (against the law/tenant rights). Not sure why it says September 2016. We will be reporting this to the city.

The rent is higher and the apartments are shabby. Old school electric stoves, cabinets are in such bad shape. Very much I. Need of upgrades. Still has 70s look. The laundry room is always dirty. They charge fees very everything. Horrible place. Left after5 months.

Never pick up the telephone at all no matter how many times you call then when you go down to the office theyre always there it's a joke. But maintence is great never a issue they're always super helpful front office is another story.

I have been living here for 11 months and the problem now is they don't have a maintenance crew. My tub is peeling and it's stopped up. It has been this way for 4 days. I asked the office if I could shower in another apartment and they said give us til close of business today to fix the problem. crickets...no maintenance guy at all. I'm going to get a hotel and probably have to sue them to get reimbursed.

The office staff is great. But the office staff will tell you one thing based on current policy, and then Reina the district manager changes things causing you the tenant to have an adverse effect on your account.While the referral bonus is generous, the district manager drags her butt approving the fees. So I will no longer refer people to live here.My lease will go up $500 if I do renew it in September. Obviously I'm not that stupid, and a renewal won't be happening in this decade.The complex next door is riddled with crime and problems. The teenagers from that property constantly come over to this property to vandalize it. And it happens at all hours of the night.Find yourself a much better property to live at.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE LEASE IS A SCAM. No one ever answers the phone, maintenance takes longer than they say. My lease ended on the 28th and they are making me pay for the next month even though I'm entirely moved out. I've communicated back and forth with them about the moving date and was told a week before my moving day I was ok to move out. Charged a whole months on March 1st and was told it was my responsibility to pay but they would help with a payment plan even though I'm moving out of state. Don't move here, scammers and liars. They actually asked me to give them a good review on google after they asked me to pay for a whole month on an apartment I wasn't even living in the same state with.

Old outdated appliances that break down constantlyMaintenance slow to respond.Kept deposit after I left apartment immaculate.Poor management.Terrible heating and air unit causing expensive utility bills.Water leaks.Closed down pool & hot tub because part too expensive to fix.Charge to use business center.Several piece of exercise equipment broken

They will charge you an arm and a leg to move out and require three months notice which can make it difficult to time finding a new place right. After you leave they will send you more charges for things such as new paint new rugs new blinds drip pans and all kinds of things that should've been taken care of by the complex and not charge to the tenant. We left the apartment clean and there were stains in the rug when we moved in which we have photo evidence. Not only did they make me pay three months rent while giving notice I was charged $1000 to break the lease and then they tried to charge me an additional $700 for cleaning fees. I will be reporting them to the attorney general and probably taking them to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and do not move in.

my sister died when living there and they sent her a bill for $2300 for early termination of her lease and not providing 6 months notice for terminating her lease. they also managed to nickel and dime the $650 deposit with unnecessary and bogus charges. don't live here. the property management on site doesn't know what they are doing.
