I was fortunate enough to find Candice via a "for sale" sign across the street from my mother's home in Albuquerque. My mom's neighbors told me that she had sold that house in about two weeks, which is amazing. I called her the next day and she came over later that afternoon. And she actually went above and beyond with getting my mom's house sold - bringing in a great offer in just 6 days!! I was nervous about dealing with a real estate transaction from another state, but Candice was always patient and understanding even when I was a nervous wreck! Candice knows how to take care of clients and will be right there with you through the whole process. There were a few glitches, and she handled them just fine. On top of that, she was very kind and compassionate and ready to help me out so many times when I was scrambling to get everything done. I would not hesitate to recommended her, she is an great realtor and I was so happy to have her represent me/my mom's trust to sell this home!
