What an incredible experience! Campo at Los Poblanos is an upscale, reservation-only restaurant located at the 3-star Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm in the village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. They bill themselves as "casual fine dining". The restaurant has a number of accolades, including chef Christopher Bethoney being a semifinalist for 2024's James Beard Award's Best Chef Southwest. It is located in a restored dairy building on the property. The grounds are beautiful. The menus are seasonal and the restaurant has separate breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, and dessert menus. They last changed over the week of October 14, 2024. We went for dinner and the server had us choose between still (non-carbonated) or sparkling water. There was a complimentary amuse-bouche of puréed squash with two roasted pepitas and a small garnish on top. For an appetizer we had the ceviche, which was "seasonal fish, cilantro, lime, pickledgreen chile, and house-made corn tostadas" on a bed of lettuce for $20. It was refreshing and light. For an entree, I ordered one of the "pasta hecha en casa" (homemade pasta) options, which was the carrot cavatelli. The dish consisted of lemon-chicken sausage, green chile cream, charred carrots, and chicken-skin bread crumbs. It was delicious! It was flavorful, and the crunch of the chicken skin was welcome against the soft pasta. For dessert we had the Mile High New Mexican, which was described as a "kind of boozy hot chocolate". It had LP hot chocolate mix, house-herbal liqueur, and aged cachaço. It was a nice after dinner treat. The service was exceptional. It was attentive without being overbearing and she answered all our questions. She explained there was a sommelier onsite, and that the corn in their recipes had been through nixtamalization (treated with lye) to make it more "bio accessible". There weren't any specials, and the food menu was only a page, but what they had they did very well so endless options weren't necessary. I'd absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Service:Good service all around and good spot to take a date! We came for a bachelorette party and they were attentive to our large group. Food: Lavender Spritz- sour twist on a lavender lemonade Wood fired cauliflower- has a bit of a kick & crunch -- heavy on sauce Lots of diverse options the steak and others were definitely well cooked to meet our bridal shower party needs :) Very fine dining feels, this is located on a private property with an open concept kitchen, which I can fully appreciate.

I wanted to treat myself to a breakfast not at my usual joints so I thought, why not on the Los Poblanos property. I discovered Campo and was presently surprised. Though reservations was required all the time for a table, the bar is first come, first served. Kind of off in the corner of the bar, the bright daylight was a plus. Another great discovery!

Campo has the best Eggs Benedict in the 505! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun brunch place with your girlfriends or your husband/boyfriend. The ambiance is very romantic and they have a great outdoor patio with beautiful views of the lavender filled and mountains. I also enjoyed the lavender latte and views of the peacocks.

Food is unique and delicious! House made gins were incredible! The lavender cocktail is phenomenal but STRONG! Tastes smooth but is potent. One should do ya! We loved the sweet potato pierogies! Pricey though!

This farm/restaurant/historic inn is so charming and definitely worth a visit!Several of the brunch items were standout items for me. Firstly, the Lavendar latte with oat milk was absolutely delicious! That paired with the freshly baked croissants or chocolate croissants from the bakery menu, was truly the perfect combo.I ordered the cazuela from the breakfast/brunch menu and that was also good. Everything on the plate tasted very fresh and almost like it came straight from the farm. The blue corn tortilla pancakes are also worth a try if you like the taste of corn bread. They are not very sweet but have a wonderful complex corn bread type flavor which was very unique.

We had brunch at campo. Let's start with the grounds. They were relaxing, had a very aesthetically appealing feel, and the shop onsite was great. I don't think you can order anything bad. The lavender latte was delish as were the migas. Definitely make a reservation to come here.

Lovely dinner experience. We arrived early to check out the grounds... since we didn't realize we needed to book a tour in advance, we wandered around on our own and found some treasures in their gift shop. Service and ambiance were good. As was dinner. Both the food and wine pairings were delicious.
