What a great "date night" the date night package is perfect for the first time shooters. Not me, obviously! Just enough ammo to teach the basics of control, handling and safety. Sam was very helpful and engaging making this experience 5 stars!The $40 gift card to a few local restaurants is the icing on the cake!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had an absolute blast here. Two friends and I each got the last package, the Atomic Boom or something, and had as good a time as you can. The workers were all fantastic, super knowledgeable and a pleasure. Shooting the 50 caliber was a thrill, but the machine guns were even more awesome. My favorite was the AK-47 but you couldn't go wrong with any of them. High marks all around.

Going to few guns shows we finally got to site few guns, this is the place to go! Wear comfortable shoes and layered clothes it was cold but we had a great time we will be returning soon.

Thank you calibers for treating my 12-year old son like a future responsible gun owner and not a little kid with a firearm. Everyone at the Cutler Calibers answers questions without condescension or 'mansplaining"- a true gift for this mother who is at the bottom of the learning curve. We will be seeing you again soon and often as new platinum members!

This is one of those fan boy reviews... I am stunned by how cool this place is. I went to the range and rental to try a pistol I am considering purchasing. They were very helpful. And made the experience very cool. Talked to the staff for quite a while and they a are all top notch people. I HIGHLY recommend the South East location. I assume the same for the North West location but didn't go there. Do yourself a favor: stop by and give their range a spin!

Just completed the 15 hour CCW course with instructor Gary Antal. Great instructor with great information. I highly recommend this training for any individual wanting a CCW license. Gary is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of gun handling.

No open carry in store (except for LE).I understand that you need to have rules in place for handling firearms for your staff's safety. I feel like you can do that without negatively impacting the personal protection of anyone choosing to enter your store. Open carry is not an inherently unsafe activity.I will not support a gun store that does not support my second amendment right.

All I can say is wow it's a rush something about having a gun in your hand and having control using it the right way it's it's a great time. I hit the bull's-eye right away. The guy help me I haven't went shooting in many years. I listen to what he said and sure enough I got bull's-eye I would recommend this company. I'm new to the area. Some of my friends recommended it. We all went had no plans spur the moment and enjoyed ourselves. Great customer service any questions we had a Answered and if they didn't know what they found the answer so yes come and join and have some fun. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be. Coming back thanks to all the staff. You were great.

I absolutely must tell everyone what Calibers did for me regardingmy less than steller purchase. I was contacted by Stephanie S. Business manager and she advised me to contact Craig Strumpf Director of sales. He asked me to come in so we could talk. He offered me my ENTIRE refund via gift card (store credit) even though I shot the gun at the range a few times. I was able to get the firearm that best suited me because of this. I was not expecting that kind of customer service, amazing in this day and age. Plus his staff took the time to educate me even further on different options. Seemless experience thank you so much staff. I have to wait 7 days to pick up my new firearm and I'll defenseless for that period but that's a govener thing not a Calibers thing. Again thank you everyone!
